- We spotted a big school of drum heading down the beach and decided to chase after them. It took us a long time to finally get caught up with the school, and the waves were enough to make things very interesting for our surf-launch!
Great job on tracking those Reds down! Heart pounding from start to finish! Also.. it's great to see how well you and your brother worked together to get on the school, and great to hear you looking out for each other while out there.. sharks, wind... etc. Adventures like this will be the stuff you look back on later in life.

25 years ago my good friend moved to Florida. I’m a boat guy, him not so much and I always suggested he should be taking advantage of the access to the water opportunities . He got a pair of Kayaks, and within a couple of years he was talking about how much he enjoyed spending time in a Kayak, and a Kayak was the perfect way to get on the water.
Your videos are really great at showing young folks that you don’t need tens of thousands of dollars to access the water.
Several years ago I lost my friend, but his love of Kayaks was passed to his Wife and son and they opened up a kayak Rental,
Fuddled Frog Tours.

I’ve dumped on numerous occasions trying to surf my outback back in. If it’s questionable now, I jump out, hold onto the back end and surf behind the kayak. Nice catch.
