I imagine you could spice up the "every item is" runs by making it a double item-themed run. Something like "All item rooms give [x]" while "All boss rooms give [y]" to make a contrasting item pool. I imagine you could also theme them together somehow, like a Planetarium x Constellation duo run. Given what you said in the theoretical balancing video, you could potentially make Libra be a real funky twist or something with a double item pool like that.

Please do every item is broccoli from that one green mod you did a bit ago. Could be pretty cool to have the entire floor filled with little green boys all over the ground. Maybe give yourself BFF if it works with them and it seems too hard.

I think BFF wouldn't be needed to make these types of run more comfortable. Just having the trinket that makes them orbit around you instead of trailing in a line would already do the trick.

Hi Hutts! Just letting you know that the axolotls actually come back because they don't actually die, they just play dead so well that flies think they died. This behavior is a reference to Minecraft, where axolotls will play dead after landing a hit on a hostile mob while fighting alongside the player to trick said hostile mob into not attacking them.

Now we are engaged in grand challenge run, testing whether these Axolotls or any Axolotls so transformed and dedicated can long endure. We are met on a battlefield of that run. We have come to dedicate a portion of that floor as a final resting place for those who here gave their lives so that Hutts might live. It is altogether fitting and proper that we should do this. But, in a larger sense, we can not dedicate, we can not consecrate, we can not hollow this ground. I don't remember if this had been done, a challenge where you start with clear rune/black rune and you must consume all items could be cool.
Challenge ideas
Halloween challenge: Play as forgotten but you can only pick up skeleton themed items. Like compound fracture
Rainbow challenge: pick random character and then spin a wheel and you can only pick up items of that specific color (or have it only spawn that type of item)
Libra run: start with Libra, no tear modifiers or familiars. Only stat boosting items. It'll be fun to see just how overpowered you can be.. with stock tears
I had a lot of fun with a no-items run where you start with Rock Bottom! You have to get creative to keep your stats up through cards and trinkets
If Ed updates the void at some point I hope he adds those capsules with that update as well.

I think "every item is Finger!" could be fun, could be like a slow start but very strong in the end game kinda thing.
Since we might be seeing more modded content i'd think you like the mod Improved and Reworked Foes, it changes a bunch of bosses and enemies and makes them more interesting. (plus it just got a new update)
Love this series, had a thought on something similar: testing OP items to see if they can singlehandedly carry a run. Rock Bottom? Sacred Heart? Death's List? Could be interesting to see just how good the best items are.

I think every item is canes other eye would be a cool idea for a video, since canes other eye works as a pseudo-incubus that shoots randomly having a bullet storm later on would be fun

it would take a while but you could make it only be Beelzebub and spider baby items, though you'll have to find the items out and make them each individually spawn

i have a pretty neat idea in mind, it's called every item is "NOT" capricorn, you start with a bunch of them, say, about 30-40, then every item pedestal you come across will take away a capricorn. To avoid cheese, you have to enter every item room you SEE, and open every chest, but the challenge will be trying to avoid finding the item rooms entirely :)
bonus ideas if this challenge is too easy
-take away 1 heart container per capricorn taken away
-go to every floor's item room on purpose
-every 10 pickups you own takes away a capricorn
Probably somewhat easy but starting with binge eater and doing every item is breakfast (then your good stats like tears and damage and luck are all tied too random chance of what food binge eater switches them into, assuming the mod lets the items get switched back and forth im not sure.)

Hutts here's the 1 thing the axolotl buddy's can say "I always come back".
Maybe similar to the "Every bullet upgrade" you did in gungeon you could do a challenge where for every item you can pick one familiar.
Maybe make it so that you have to skip one item to get a tier 3 and two to get a tier 4 to balance how powerful some of the familiars are, especially if you can chose which to get.
The charm of these all item is familiar challenges is seeing a big army and I think it'd be more fun when all of them are unique

Challenge idea: win as forgotten starting with ludo
- you can't pick items that would override ludo (C-section, epic fetus, haemolacria and tech x), any other items are fine
- try to play mostly as the bony and not as much as the soul

Kinda of surprised Hutts hasnt done an every item is Cube of Meat OR Ball of Bandages(As far as I know, hutts doesnt have a playlist of just this challenge), especially since they grow in power with every new one added

- tainted maggy start with full red hearts, candy heart item, and no items for run is an interesting run

You start as isaac without the d6 and rock bottom.
You're not allowed to pick up any passive items
Active items, trinkets, cards, pills are allowed

maybe you could do some more every item is for modded enter the gungeon? always loved the enter the gungeon stuff and those were always some of my favorites
This one kinda just feels the same as every item is incubus or twisted pair because the "dying" and spawning flies thing didn't really end up being all that relevant or noticeable (other than them blocking shots which just made it way easier) :/

Every item is: RNG. Roll random number to determine the item and stays for the type of floor: IE- Womb 1 and 2 are all magic mush but rerolls when going to next area

While it's not an 'every item is', Taurus and Libra are an... interesting combination. With a few other items it could be 'fun' ha-ha-ha... I'll see if I can come up with a better combo.

We need a "Every Item is" active item that turns items into what you want for the run so that you can choose WHEN the item changes.
It'll make the runs more entertaining I'd say since you could try synergies mid-run and pick up BFF naturally for example

2:00 finally some appreciation for literally third eye without drawbacks! idk why everyone thinks it's bad, but you clearly get it! I love it too but can never get it because I usually play as tainted isaac and the familiars and so I never take them, but you got the transformation and now basically have 2 "the wiz!" items, and if this is sarcasm I will directly report you to the RUclips headquarters disguised as a celebrity and get your channel deleted, but that is clearly pure joy, you just have to learn to smile with your eyes, I believe in you! watch memes if that helps!
