Another tip, if your bp is really low for agency assessment, you can try to join other lower assessment levels that you can handle, as long as you have a hero that can reach legendary gear floors, try to solidify all your gears to legendary (ultra gear for level 40 and above) then proceed on getting the next level gears
something that will help with chip farming is the buff from the shop that increases the spawn rate of the blade guy and nomu. It doesnt seem like a lot but the appearance rate is significant or at least thats been my experience with it.

I didn't care so much about gear until a week and a half ago, but now with a 13K gear the difference is huge. My weakest characters at lvl 80 with crapy chips have 33K and the one with highest bp, 52K. And I definitely need that shard shop to SS all might bc even in 49K and S is stronger than my 52K SS endeavor

And this is just from S to SS, by that point everyone will be running much stronger stuff (or more likely - the game will be dead) my maths may be wrong here, but I'm pretty sure it's still atleast over a year And the worst part is the shop doesn't even reset (atleast to my knowledge) Yes there is the event shop, it the chance that you pull another copy of the premium unit, but I just wanted to show how the shard shop isn't the holy grail like most think it is

just a tip: if you have 6 star chip its better to enhance it even if the extra stats isn't any good just to get the basic stats because later on when u get a better chip u can use it to enhance and get 80% of the total exp.
keep in mind if your character is f.e. type speed, then the extra stats of type technical or power dont boost anything, it just gives you BP but its worthless, moreover the extra stats of the same type as the character boosts the ATK Percentage, so you should mainly focus on that stat+crit and crit dmg
The best thing for bp is definitely gear you can have s bakugo with 45k bp and lvl 60 agency 500k bp f2p and the second best is hero rating quest gives a shit Ton

I have been grinding shards for a month. Just 3 days Deku will be SSS AND 5 Hero are SS . Currently doing Deku and Kaminari and then it will be ochako .and at 270 at hero rating and gear at 9230 . Focusing on gear a lot
I’m free to play as well but all of the hero coins I got went into the endeavor thing because I was saving up, and I only got halfway, but because it refunded the tickets without resetting the counter I was able to get stain when he came out
The info on gear and assessment was a bit lacking. Like that the hero stamina in agency assessment refreshes daily which allows you to grind 20-30 runs. Just do floor 1 runs and get the gear upgrade mats. And upgrade your gear in a balanced matter because there are upgrade milestones when every piece of gear hits a certain upgrade lvl which provide bonus stats. And what I'm not 100% about it but it seems like it from my experience is that when you do lower lvl brackets of asessments e.g. doing lvl 40 floor 10+ when being agency lvl 50+ seems to guarantee a legendary piece of gear every run or atleast has a very high chance, allowing you to catch up on the gear grind
Seems like it’s a trend for people to complain about this game the game is great people are just expecting instant gratification you want something good grind for it

DAMN I’m mostly f2p player (unless farming Ochako and Momo banners and materials) and I didn’t touch guid assessment yet and i still have two golden gears and the rest are blue, I won’t reset night ops on 4 stars chips cause I need more level up materials and I only care about grinding Momo and Ochako who’s currently SSS with one of their exclusive 6 stars cards.
buff shop. when you get the last box from daily tasks you get 30 buff 'tokens' to use in the shop, so 900 per month. think wisely before you buy things. you should buy the stamina buff for 30 tokens day 1 for SURE. then hero trials/night ops.

Not a single B rank character is good enough to be upgraded. They ALL suck. The only f2p characters u should invest are Ochaco and Lida. People need to stop using denki, he’s not good !
