Been trying to improve the quality on these videos lately - let me know if this video is better/worse than the last couple in terms of video/audio quality and colour
@@TobyLifely looking forward to it. I met Phil Pfester way back in the day ( we are from the same home town) when he was just starting out probably 1998 or so if that tells you how old I am lol. At that point strong man was more of a novelty and no one really took it serious as a main stream sport. But he just kept grinding and putting the work in and in 2006 he was crowned world’s strongest man and achieved his dream. Keep working hard keep grinding and doing all the little things and one day my friend you will achieve your dream as well.
Your vids are good. Mainly because of content. The way you explain what and why you are doing a lift could be good for some of the pro strongmen to copy. So often they show a great lift, carry, pull ect but do not put it into context.
Cheers mate - that means a lot, a lot of the pros used to do a lot more training content with explanations a few years ago I'm really disappointed it's stopped. But I guess chasing the algorithm earns the big bucks so can't blame them
Great work, superb PB, and you shifted a lot of weight on the accessories! Will not looking like he was having the best of times?! Keep up the sandbag work, that’s a heavy bag you are using there, you shouldn’t be too down on it. Put a lighter bag on the Christmas list! Video quality was good, thanks.
Cheers mate! Yeah Will's been very busy working and trying to keep up with my weights when he should've been programming for his needs - he's back into the swing of it now in the new block 💪🏻

It shows mate video was amazing keep it up
Means a lot mate - glad you enjoyed
Definitely quality videos! Sandbag throws are my least favorite. Did some throws on Saturday, and the 20 kilo bag is kicking my ass.
In theory they seem so easy but then they absolutely kick ass haha
Also, great job on the log! It looked really strong
That 120 for 2 looked great it moved pretty easy keep up the good work my man.
Cheers mate - got some big numbers coming up 😎

Inspirational stuff! I have no grand dreams I just love the training and will do this as long as I continue to love it
