Ive been wanting to do a John and Belle montage for the longest time. This song came on and I just thought it would be perfect Drake, who has a natural chemistry with everyone, always took it to another level with the actresses who play his daughters. Kirsten Storms said that Drake & Dee really became like her parents and I remember her saying she missed him the most of everyone at Days. I think it comes from his personal experience as a father Her birth is still one of my favs on the show
I'll have to make more for you. ;) They are just too adorable. John was great with Sami, Eric and Carrie too. But when it comes to Belle and Brady, you can just SEE the light in his eyes and that glow all around him.
Usually I do this videos in chronological order, but this one warranted a different approach. They just had that undeniable bond from the moment she was born. And every time I watch the scene where he admits that he knew from the start that she was his, it melts my heart. And they used a real baby back then, which made it all the more special. I couldn't see anyone but those two raising her. 3:18 still = LOVE. Him visiting her in that dream still has to be one of my all time favorites though
He, Marlena and Carrie became that family that Carrie never really had. First she only had Anna and then Roman was taken away from her too and John filled in. They just all seemed so natural. And no matter how Sami treated others and even him, he still stood up for her. One of the best examples is when the whole town finds out she was Stan and then she falls and John is the first one to move to help her up. Great father indeed.
