What Is The Pistrucci 5 oz Silver Waterloo Medal?

We had this Pistrucci 5 oz Silver Waterloo Medal for well over 2 years. A customer who works for ANACS came and looked at it while we were at the 2024 Tulsa Coin Show. He starting giving us all the info about it. Angel said, HEY! "We should record you", so we did just to let everyone know all the wonderful knowledge about the Pistrucci 5 oz Silver Waterloo Medal. He knew so much about the medal it was sold before he picked it up.
