Awesome preview as always. On the topic of arm pump, I'd love to see a Vital article on it. Maybe interviewing some of the pros (like Joe) that have experienced it and what they did to address it. In years past I've gotten it quite badly, but this year it seems to have improved. For me, it seems to have been a bit of a 'kitchen sink approach' of getting big 220mm rotors, Galfer "Pro" pads, improving my strength in the hip hinge riding position, and a more conscious focus on riding with 'heavy feet' and 'light hands' on long descents and race stages. I'd love to learn some more tips on how to reduce it, as its definitely still a factor that forces me to slow down on the steepest, most fun descents.
