Wow, this song is 20 years old already! It still sounds great. Hap you picked right up on the core of the song. It's about Aaron's drug addiction and failed relationships. Hard core lyrics for some serious issues. Would love for you to react to Green Day's "wake Me When September Ends".

YES, IT has been awhile since this song , seems like yesterday. Liked the theme and the video. A very well written composition, reflecting on one's life and the emotional situations he has come to realize that he had experienced. You can tell when the song is written from the heart vs superficial lyrics thrown in the song just to gain attention. This song affected me as written from the heart. You also pointed that fact right away, comparing it to cheesy pop songs made for schoolgirls. This song is definitely deeper than that. Meeting someone who we loved after some time has passed and having all these mixed emotions..I think lot of people can relate to that (with or without addiction being involved).

Special Request: The band is STAIND and the is called “something to remind you” LIVE VERSION
This mans ability to convey emotions through his voice and music is unparalleled. I think everyone at some in at some point can relate to this song. He was also dear friends with Chris Cornell SoundGarden/ Audio Slave who passed away and also Chester Bennington from Linkin Park who unfortunately took his life shortly after Chris passed. So it’s a tough song for him to perform. If you could please react to it, it would be such a gift. I’m 39 years old with PTSD and seen so much, all the up’s and downs, so many friends that have left too early and this song really does say it all. Sorry for getting too personal, this track just means so much to me. Anyway, sorry for getting too personal. Blessings from Texas

I miss the days when we had songs like this with some actual substance. 3 full verses and a bridge with lyrics. Most popular songs out now have 1 full verse, a half verse, and the bridge is very short with no lyrics and they sing the chorus like 3 times in a row to end the song. I do miss songs with more structure like this one.
