    I have a problem with name cell X1 it can't read as a dummy variable

    Hi there for some reason i cant introduce the variable x1 as it is going to the actual x1 cell which is empty (x:a reference to the variable of integration.)

      Your formula can reference any variable (for example, x1 or its assigned name if you choose to name cell x1 as x). When you integrate your formula with QUADF() and pass x1 for the variable of integration, then x1 serves as a dummy variable for the integrand function f(x). x1 current value does not matter in this case.     how did your get the =QUADF() formula,i just got the quartile only
