I have 2 sonos move and did what you say and holding that infinity button on either speaker doesnt to a reset for it. No lights even show up even hold it down for well over a minute. Whats the infinity button for anyways? thanks
My product doesn’t show any lights, but only shows a white flashing light when I click one of the buttons. It is also in white light mode (wifi) only, but you can hear it make a noise when turning it off. What does this mean and shall I reset
Appreciate it, I was able to reset it yesterday then had a problem where my phone wouldn’t connect to the Sonos. Despite it finding the speaker, it kept saying connection lost. Went on Sonos website and you now have to have IOS14 latest update to do with security or something 🙄. But managed to fix it, thanks anyway

Hummm. That is a good question. I made this tutorial about changing password. ruclips.net/video/rtUi3x51HKw/видео.html But the move is quite special so I don't think it apply to it. I guess you could try to change the password before, and right after change your wi-fi password.
Do not buy the Sonos Move paid $400 and it stopped working just around one month after the warranty. I purchased a new battery and still NOTHING. Biggest waist of money.
Have you at least call Sonos? I mean a deffective product after this short amount of time is bad yes. But I have install over a thousand Sonos device and only saw 2 defective unit of all my life. It's a very strong ratio for electronic device.
Sonos has the best sound but the because it give you hot time to turn it on or off or to connect it to wifi or blutooth most people hate it and return it to by Uy bose or jbl or others kind of sound system.Sonos has the most stupid engeneering and complicated system in the music industry..They are loosing at least 40% of their customers for returns because they are users enfriendly.I know it because I sell them along side with others soud system brands . for one of the bigest us electronic company. What sense to make the best sound if you make so difficult to use or operate and create customer hatress for your products .I give them 3 out of 10
Switching between bluetooth and wi-fi can't really be quicker nor easier. Howerver the problem is that it become difficult to use when you try to move it from a house to an other. It was not design for this ans I understand that it can be a flaw.

The infinity button is a sync button. You relly need to hold it while the speaker is off and while placing it back on it's base.

Can I connect an arc (that’s already collected to my tv) to a stereo paired of Move Sonos speakers ?
Negative. Well they can all play the same thing but the move cannot be use as a surround set for soundbars.

Maybe you can do it with the power button too... But that is the official way of doing it.

You probably didn't reset it propely... This or the device is very deffective. Bt that is quite rare.
@How To I believe the problem may be with my new cellphone. Sonos works well with my Samsung Android Tablet and my old cellphone, no problem there.

How to check Sonos move battery percentage?
There is the 4 light on it that indicate it's charge, and it's written on the app when you are on Wi-Fi.
