I’ve had Keratosis pilaris (small bumps on my arms and thighs, of rather dry skin) my whole 28 years of life. I stopped soap bathing about 2 weeks ago, now I just use water, and I can’t believe it... it’s reduced significantly!!! Thank you for advocating this!!!
Free To Be Me That’s FANTASTIC NEWS!! I’m so so happy that water only washing is working for you. I pray it continues to work for you. I have been doing it for 2 years now and refuse to go back. All the love light and blessings to you and yours ❤️🙏🏾
Free To Be Me- this condition is typically caused by vitamin C deficiency (my ex had it). Increase your vitamin C intake through fruits and vegetables and the condition should go away.
I've been doing this and it works SOOOO GOOD😎😎😎 I don't think they'll understand. The brainwashing of soap and cleanliness is very deep...btw you look lovely😍😍
Jibreel Elamin please forgive me for this late response. Thank you so so much 💕😘😘YES! The world is brainwashed about soaps and cleanliness. I’m grateful that some of us are waking up and doing what we know is good for our own bodies 😘😘
I had horrendous acne especially on my back, my MIL kept telling me to stop using soap but I didn't listen, blood all over my shirts and bedsheets... Painful! But after my other half was out of town for 2 weeks I thought I'd try it and I've never looked back, haven't used soap for 10 years... A warm shower is enough and I HAVE CLEAR Healthy SKIN!!
I have been using only water for my lady parts nine months now and I love it!! I used to deal with a lot of bumps and irritation down there it's it's gone now. I started the water washing for hair 13 days ago and I started to realize that I don't need soap for the rest of my body either. I used just water for my armpits and they stayed and smelled fresher than ever. I feel so much better! So many things we don't know about our bodies! We are self cleaning! It's amazing 😉
Chemical deodorant a scam. It has chemicals the body rejects causing Oder and darkening of the armpits!!! Shave and use water only or lemon juice or coconut oil.
@@edbl8356 There are studies that washing your hands for 20 seconds with only water is consistently 80% as effective as soap. I’m curious how 30 seconds of water would compare to soap for 20 seconds.
I cleanse my self with only water for the first time today , I just used a cloth warm water and cold water to moisturize my skin and my skin feeling silky and clean , its amazing 😍
When you realise that using no detergent for the body or hair is the same after 8-12 hours, you stop worrying and you just shower every day with just water. Works for me.
Water is enough to take dirt off of your body and out of your hair, and it does so WITHOUT taking your natural oils with it. Soap, like shampoo, strips your body of EVERYTHING. So when you get out, your very dry and ashy. but when you clean your body with water, your skin isnt isnt so dry when you get out. I wash myself with water, and instead of using lotion, i use shea butter to moisturize my hair & skin
@@nieng5376 hey I also wash with only water and I use anti bacterial soap to wash my hands. Especially during covid. But I'm sure there are other ways as well
I wash my body with only water as well. My skin feels so amazing! I do not use lotion or oil on my skin. I just take my time and rub the water into my skin after I am done taking a shower. I am so happy I found this video. This video has encouraged me to keep doing what I am doing. Thank you so much for sharing.☺🌺🌻 I am also Vegan.
MyDestiny Angel you’re vegan? I’m doing my best to become vegan again. I pray that one day it sticks for me. Thank you so so much for watching and supporting. I love that you’re water only washing as well. It just makes sense. I would love to see a video from you? You will inspire others to see the benefit of not using soap/chemicals on our skin 💕💕
@@hocineted7594 Yes, you can. In other videos like this you commented the same thing and mentioned dermatologist. If you rely on them then seek and trust their input. There's a lot of misinformation and indoctrination regarding health practices. Our bodies are more reliable than we tend to give them credit. I recommend you experiment and trust your own results to get the answers you're looking for.
I noticed that lotion moisturizes my skin so much better since I stopped washing most of my body with soap. I was told once by a M.D. that soap shouldn't be used on lady parts due to PH balance. Not using soap has worked surprisingly well. My perfume even lasts longer and smells stronger.
Right!?? I love how the lotion feels on my skin after a water only wash!!! Love IT!! You don't know how happy I am to hear that water only washing works well for you. Please please please keep giving me updates? :) :)
I'm sure the cavemen, druids etc. used to wash themselves with water only under a waterfall. They din't have all the detergents we have today. So I assume water only washing is the way to go.
This is sooo true! I used to have problems with odor ‘down there’ and a friend told me her doctor said not to use soap. I didn’t buy it for a long time, instead I’d use MORE soap to try to rid myself of the smell. Just recently I was taking a biology class and the instructor talked about how soap is destroying the biome & part of the reason for intense antibiotic resistant bacteria. So, I still shower daily with water, but not soap. Occasionally after swimming I’ll use soap to get the chlorine off me, but Other than that, I’m soap free. I find that I don’t smell at all down there & don’t even need deodorant!
aHart4Him Isn’t it amazing how water is cleansing/healing in so many ways? I love that you wash with only water as well. I too use soap after the pool to rid of the chlorine. Thank you so so much for your comment 😘😘
I and my two school aged kiddos have ditched soap for a year now. YOU NEED TWO THINGS TO GET CLEAN: Water and friction! The biggest change I've noticed is in my armpits. I can go two days, no deodorant and just beginning to smell on that 48 hour mark. Just wipe your sweat when you're sweaty in areas. Sweat itself doesn't smell, it's just those dark, moist, tight spots are a breeding ground for bacteria, and bacteria gives off a stink, so just wipe it away :) And YES, as a woman I never use soap down there. You'll notice once you've ditched soap, soap actually creates a foul odor which leads you to use more and more products. Ditch it all! I wash my hands with soap but very little and mainly tons of friction after bathroom use or else sanitizer before food prep or after going shopping, pumping gas etc.
I Just Started My Water Only Body Washing Journey I Must Say I Love How Its Feels When I Get Out The Shower My Body Feels So Fresh & Clean This Is Like Therapy For My Body Ive Have Been Doing Water Only For My Face For A Year Now
Air drying also helps because the cold air that hits you when your all wet helps boost your immune system. But I didnt watch any videos to realize using only water can help your health overall because I mean its water which is organic & natural so I just tried it still doing only water & you may also try cold showers that also helps with your health #BeYourOwnDoctor #ListenToYourIntuition
That shirt looks gorgeous on you! It really complements your skin. I started water only hair washing after watching your vid about that, and not long after switched to water only showers too. You're right! Now I no longer experience that tight, itchy skin after bathing, and my hair feels so soft and strong. Thumbs up!
I started doing this, but I just bought some Korean Italy cloths to help remove the dirt. It takes me too long to manually rub off dirt and dead skin with my hands. Just a suggestion. There are a lot of different products that remove the dirt from the skin as easily as the Korean Italy cloths like the Turkish glove, and Baiden mitten but the Korean Italy cloths are the cheapest and you can wash them, so you don't have to worry about bacteria.
You could try cold water only. I've had cold water (coldest possible) for a year now and it really is a wellness treatment for your soul and the whole body. It clears your mind, relaxes your muscles and organs, takes away emotional stress, gives your body zest and leaves your skin fresh, tight and juicy. I also suffered from very dry and sensitive skin and used to have eczema and dermatitis chronically. This type of skin loooooves the absence of warm water. Together with a vegan wholefoods diet and stress management these skin issuses are gone. It really is worth a try! ;)
@@hocineted7594 Personally, I always use soap on my feet, armpits and private area when I shower, but I believe we're biologically designed to not need this when eating a natural, whole foods diet and exercising regularly. I'm just mentally not ready to go without the regular use of soap there. On other parts I use soap intuitively when it feels like it could use some soap - when the skin feels "soap ready". Then the usage of soap feels like a treat, without being straining. Maybe I didn't explain it well (I'm not English native), what I meant above in my post was choosing only cold (vs only warm/ mixed with warm) water for showering, independently of using soap or not.
@@hocineted7594 If I were you I'd try it and see if you're feeling better or not. There is no rule, you can experiment with any length of time you'd like to go without soap and hopefully find the golden spot that works for you ;) Another amazing remedy for very dry/cracky skin and eczema is drinking the juice of one to two lemon per day (not diluted, pure, as first thing on an empty stomach in the morning, freshly squeezed, not from preserved). If you feel like trying this: Consistency (daily) is key. Good luck!
@@MsBkene i think armpit and private area should washed with soap daily, they need to be clean everyday, but not the case for feet, what do you think ?
I just started washing my face and body using water and oil only! And I've been washing my privates with water for a good couple of years and my boyfriend says he loves what it does to it too lol so listen to this lady! It works!
I just wanted to say that I have been washing my "purse" with only water for over a month now and I have noticed a dramatic change. I would recommend this to any woman to try. Thanks for having the courage to speak openly about it.
Hi!! I am so very happy that water only washing is working well for your "purse" (I absolutely LOVE how you said purse). It has seriously worked wonders on me. You are more than welcome my friend
I'm glad you actually said it out loud that you use your hands. I recently started taking showers without soap, but I used a wash cloth to wash (even though I normally just use my hands only with soap). I was thinking a washcloth would get me cleaner and exfoliate. But honestly, I would rather just go without the washcloth and use my hands to clean. Thank you.
You’re so so very welcome. I believe the hands and nails have the ability to clean the best. I will however use a glove exfoliator if I feel my skin needs it🥰
Yes, soap free is the way to go. I noticed when I stopped using soap my underarms stopped smelling. The irony! I use a oatmeal that I blend into a powder, put a little buttermilk and sauerkraut juice in it and rub it into my face, underarms and skin and rinse it off. I also use blended oats under my arms and it's amazing. No smell. And don't douche. Just eat lots of fermented foods and homemade sauerkraut. Look up microbiome and benefits of fermented food.
@Mary Joy Hi Mary. Look up skin microbiome this stuff interests you. Yes, I leave it under there for a few minutes to absorb whatever is under there then I hop in the shower for 2 minutes max! I only use soap on my body for about every 2 days or so, or if I've worked out. Just experiment and see what works. Some people add honey to the buttermilk oatmeal mix and I find that's good too. I use this on my face and my acne has stopped.
Ive been showering with only water for about 6 months and I have gotten no complaints from anyone including my partner. I always use lotion, native deodorant and cologne post shower but even after I get out I don’t have any odor that you would assume someone that doesn’t use soap would have. On top of that I also have no dirt or oily skin on any part of my body. Think there is definitely some truth to your body self regulating after you stop striping its oils and good bacteria from the skin.
That’s fantastic for you! Not everyone realizes the benefits of not using soap while washing their bodies. Those of us that get it, really get it. Thank you so much for sharing 🙌🏾🩷
I know this is an older video and I'm sorry! Thank you for this!! I've been showering with only water for about 3-4 months now, I am glad to see other do so too! I knew that soap, even vaginal soaps, can drastically throw off your PH and I wasn't ever feeling "fresh" enough in those areas. Since only using water I've noticed a major difference! Thanks so much for sharing. Hope you see this 😘
I am so so thankful for your comment, you have no idea. And I apologize for such a late response. It's wonderful that you have been washing with only water for 3-4 months. It's been almost 2 years for me now and I don't see myself going back to soap. Bless you in every way and thank you ever so much again for your comment
The cool water method is great with a baby white cloth. I use ivory soap to clean pits every so often.i have lots of fragrance free baby wash from aveeno and dove a bar of ivory and dove unscented for a mild clean. But I like water washing and washing up in the sink . I feel personally with respect washing up after using the toilet and changing menstrual products is necessary to keep fresh can be done water in a spray bottle for ladies clean front 2 back spray wipe and dry thoroughly but careful with clean hands repeat to backside .
I’ve been using only water to clean my “area” and it literally works better than summers eve , or any vaginal soap I’ve ever used , it works wonderfully, I actually noticed how vaginal soaps can actually make you smell , I feel like it may be a marketing tool to make you need them but you don’t ! 💕
I just recently started this . I think it's been a week now so far and I don't have a smell down there anymore and I feel natural just cleaning myself with water.
I like that you are unconventional and a non programed free thinkiner. I do plan on doing water only washing this summer while it's hot. Keep listening to your intuition the masses will question you but will buy/do what media programs dictate. Oh and if Beyoncé start doing this we'll have a major drought from water usage without anyone thinking twice....
So far it's been a week and I really like it. I was using all natural shampoo bars previous so I didn't have toxic chemicals on hairs..but all the oil I used I believed was stripping my hair. My hair is so soft and fluffy. When wet my hair has a nice sheen. I'm not sure how much sebum I have..
mymiracle79 YES! Soft and fluffy is what I'm talking about...that's how my hair is too and I love it!! You'll notice that it keeps getting better and stronger. Thank you so much for keeping me posted
I recently started my water only washing for hair after watching your video and water only body washing seems really interesting.i'm excited to try this!
Sunny Dai Hi :) I think it's amazing that you started your water only hair washing! Believe me when I say that I truly would like for you to keep me updated, if it's not too much trouble? I love water only washing my body as well and i tell you if it wasn't extremely beneficial for me I totally would have stopped. The benefits you will find are incredible.
New Zealand lady Dr. Sam Bailey RUclips “No Soap” describes the science of why water alone is so effective. Thank you for expanding on personal hygiene of private parts because no one is speaking to that directly and of course we’re all wondering about it. One lady dermatologist told me products are all about marketing, one dries you out, so then you need another one to put back in moisture, so it’s about $ rather than skin health. Zach Bush MD has ION Skin Spray that helps the skin reboot it’s healthy biome. Kind of exciting that we will are returning to nature’s natural health for us in our modern times.
Thank you for this video! It's comforting to hear that showering just using water is just as clean. I have very sensitive skin too and even using sensitive skin cleansers is still causing rashes to form on my body.
First of all you are absolutely gorgeous and I love your hair! Sometimes I’m envious of black people’s natural hair because I would totally rock a fro I think they’re INSANELY beautiful. And also....Lol I just use my hands and a bar of soap and once I mentioned it had helped clear my skin as opposed using a wash cloth and my parents thought I was insane and I’m a 23 year old grown woman lol they were like “I don’t think you get clean enough with just your hands” and I mean it’s approved by most dermatologists and that your hands are all you need even for washing your face and that you don’t need abrasive shower puffs or wash rags.
Very interesting video. Thank you for sharing. I love how you emphasized the importance of listening to your body. I have been doing the water only hair washing with my hair for the last week and some change and the benefits have been amazing! I started off the first few days putting just a bit of oil on the very ends of my hair after rinsing it and now I don't use it at all. I am so shacked at how soft, strong and more elastic my hair is. I have come across some interesting info on water only body cleansing but I am still doing my research. Thanks for the video. :)
The water only hair washing IS the best thing I have ever done for my hair other than go natural! I am in love with it! I think I might have reach full sebum coverage already. I am surprised by that though because I thought it would take me at least a month. I guess my production is more than I thought! I will keep you posted for sure as long as you keep the videos coming :)
That is so great that you have full sebum coverage. For me to get full coverage took several weeks...it definitely varies for everyone. I would love to have your sebum production :) Thank you so much for keeping me posted. I am looking forward to it
This is true. I had a period of time whereby areas like eyes, ears, neck and jaw becomes so sensitive and itchy that it becomes a nightmare that lasted me for many weeks. Tried a lot of things but they only brings me disappointment until i attempted washing with only water. Initially it is not comfortable and the itch is still there. Slowly the itch becomes less intense and less frequent as days goes by. I do believe it takes time for the skin to heal and it will only feel better as it gets close to wellness
Thank you for this and bless you for discussing the 'lady garden'. I'm going to do this because my skin is covered in eczema and sore all the time. I am allergic to so many products. I think it's time to listen to my body.
I've e only used water to bathe for over a decade. I dont even use anything to shave with just a razor. No moisturizers except the occasional coconut oil before i go out. But i can take a three minute quick shower in and out with just water and i feel clean. 🎉
OMG!!! I thought i was not going to find any content to my search about water only body washing. Surprisingly here you are! I was contemplating the same thing. You have now inspired me. I will be sure to give an update and post a video on my channel of my experience.
Your daughter like one of those beautiful porcelain dolls! She has a timeless beauty. I've been water only on my woman part and it's never smelt better! 😃 the only time I have problems is if I wipe with the wrong kind of toilet paper. Im now water only with my hair and LOVING IT. I'm about to go water all the way... How did we become so dependent on such unnecessary necessities?
Instinct *hand on heart* You don't know how joyful my heart is to hear you say that about my daughter. Thank you so very much. AMEN girl! I do NOT know how we became so dependent on unnecessary products...I believe it's the IN YOUR FACE advertising making us believe we NEED it! SMH. I am beyond happy that water only washing has your lady parts smelling better. The method has done wonders on my lady parts as well. I wish all women knew about this!!
And to add a feminine scent naturally, I infuse a jar of olive oil with lavender from the garden by sitting it in a hot, sunny window for days, then strain through a coffee filter, then add some vitamin E oil to preserve, then use that to moisturize my legs and such if the air is really dry. Lasts me about a year. Olive oil also works on my face and I am acne prone but it does not break me out.
Many thanks for posting this. I've been having crazy, dry skin issues this winter and have spent too much money trying to find the right body wash and creams. I've tried WOW before but not consistently. I will now though and am excited to feel relief from God's best moisturizer, purifier, cleanser...water!
+SuperCurlyGurl 5 days in and I'm feeling good about this. I dry brush before and then shower. I've also done a coconut oil wash while dry the just water washed it off. Skin feels and looks amazing. Also, I love the new haircut. I may be joining you soon and cut mine all off. I usually keep my hair very short but have been trying to grow it out but have been thinking - why? I love short hair. Anyway, blessings!
I haven't used soap on my body for two years, I follow a high raw vegan diet. Same as yourself my skin in so sensitive, the oil cleansing method worked so well for my face i figured no longer using soap on my bod would be okay. Even better i no longer have smelly underarms....that got better as well. I would never go back to using soap!
What deodorant do you use? I use a coconut oil and baking soda. Do you just usr water on your body and that's it? or do you wash with oil or something or just scrub? lol thanks!
+Makailah Hackett hiya Makailah, in shower I just use a washcloth and scrub top to toe and it exfoliates and gets me clean, for private parts water and only hands as it's more gentle. I use homemade coconut deo like yourself. on that note I'm a hairstylist and I bike to work so I'm right next to people and I'm always getting compliments on how nice I smell:) PS you are Gorgeous! good luck!
+Makailah Hackett oops forgot to add, no oil no nothing just water and wash cloth. on rush morning even if I just briskly massage my underarms with water under tap it gets rid of any funkiness, I always smell check and it's fine :) lol
+Lindsay Leigh Aw, thank you for that compliment! sweet. 😊 Thanks for answering back. I'm so gunna try this out. I hope really does work! It's weird just washing with water only at first haha but I'll eventually adapt. 😏
+Makailah Hackett I know it seems odd but as a lady who used to perspire a lot and used heavy deodorant this method plus vegan diet is like a new lease on life! I'm never worried anymore about perspiring, in fact I think it's less so now. Best of luck:)
I’ve been wondering if the soap doesn’t clean but adds a layer of residue. I think it sits on top of the skin and it doesn’t actually exfoliate. We’re just swishing around dead skin thinking it’s dirt lol. I think dry brushing would do wonders.
I think I completely agree with you. Soap is too abrasive on my skin and I believe it strips our God given naturals protection. I’m going to practice using grape seed and lavender essential oil to clean my skin
Today was my very first full body WOW and I feel great! A few months ago I switched to WOW in the nether regions.. before I started, I had recurrent yeast infections and BV and ever since I stopped using soap down there, I haven't had a single issue. So I thought to myself 🤔...if water only could wash my nether regions then it should be able to clean my skin well too. It's winter so my skin is dry and itchy after soap showers.. so we'll see how this goes. I'm confident, though, that leaving the natural oil behind while washing off the dirt with water only is going to be good for my skin.
@@hocineted7594 yes if you worried about areas where you sweat u can mix coconut oil with a bit of tea tree oils before you put on socks. Soak them in lemon juice & the oils every now & then. But only shower with water
I definitely just stalked your whole comment section 😂😂 I just love reviews/feedback and I have so many questions 😩. I love being simple with my body and hair but I really feel like I have to have a simple cleanser-even for my face. On the other hand, I think hydration/water consumption plays a huge role in all of these cleansing approaches working out... Anyway I waterwash and my sebum production is ridiculous. I use a DIY sebum melter/light clarifier to lift the sebum a little bit. Or I will do an oil rinse if I'm bored. And I think my skin is the same way. Which is weird because I actually have normal to dry skin, not oily skin.... I don't have acne problems.. Which happens when you overproduce sebum... Blah blah blah I just don't want to buy anymore store made chemical cleansing products 😒 I want to find some natural means to cleansing the skin that I can always travel with/ etc. You know?? Sorry for the monologue. I'd love some feedback. Lol ok I'm done 🙈
+NaijaCurlsImara Girl by no means do you have to apologize for I looooooove reading your comments, trust me. Myself personally haven't used a cleanser on my face for about a year now because my skin is super dry!! You are extremely blessed with beautiful skin, which is fantastic and if you think you would like to give it a try and go without using cleanser by any means, well, I say go for it!!!! I think it could only serve you in a very good way, again, you have lovely skin and I believe you don't need to add a single thing but water to rinse any built up residue from day to day activities
My doctor advised me years ago that water is all that is needed. I still haven't gotten to the point where I do that but I do create my own products using essential and carrier oils.
Ear wax and lady parts are all self cleaning! Thats why they say no to quetips and soap! I only use water down there to and it really does work and feel good! Water is always the best key!!
Oh, my goodness, you are a beautiful lady and have a beautiful family! I’ve just started to wash only with water and have found it remarkable. Thank you for sharing.
@@ReignaCeleste I’m honored you replied, so thank you. I have been doing this for over 2 months and have significantly less to zero acne, no unusual rashes or itchy patches of skin, no strong and offensive body odors after working out (so weird but shouldn’t be, I guess), my hair is significantly softer and feels fuller (was using Nioxin 2 for noticeably thinning hair), and have much less sensitive skin when I shave… I am wondering why I have used so many products for so long. It’s like I was totally deceived. Why is it that I need far less deodorant now than before? Did the soaps and chemicals hurt me more?!? It’s insane. Again, you are breath of fresh air and a radiant light in the world. Thank you so much!!
+Jackie Castain Thank you so much for watching. I truly appreciate your response. So unintentionally you have been washing with just water down there? That's cool!
this makes a lot of sense, specially when one considers how what we place INto our bodies affects its PH levels, same is with the skin, what we put on it. not to mention that we shouldnt put on it what we cant eat,, by the very same logic, since the skin abosrbs everything. I do use soap, only for the "critical" parts lol, and I have stopped using ANY artificial cremes for my skin several years ago. I only use naural oils and cold pressed (organic when I can afford) like jojoba, coconut, almont, wheat, shea butter.... of couse, eating mostly fruit and veggies and absolutely no animal products which acidify the body helps a lot too. ;) Ive never used makup powder, concealer etc and I dont need to. :))) I only have to watch out not to take in too much sugar, as its probably my only "sin" lol. It refelcts poorly on my skin when I do though.
+Karmen J I love that you don't wear makeup. And I'm happy that you think this makes sense. I only use soap under my arms but anywhere else is a no no for me because my skin is sensitive as heck lol. Thank you so very much for watching
thank you and ure welcome lol this is very inspiring and Im already trying it out. I only use soap on all of my body once a week now. It feels fine. :) I guess when one is trying to eat as healthy as possible (Im vegan), it helps, cos then the body odors are very very minimal. even my feet dont smell! :D Im getting ready to ditch it all togehter (soap), except for the sensitive areas. Ive never had problems with soap there before so Im cool with it. thanx again!
SuperCurlyGurl lol I will. our water is pretty hard here, so Im not sure, so far its been ok. My legs, under knee, become really dry, dont know whay that happens lol, but otherwise itsk ok! thanx
U are very very HELPFUL!! Thank you SOOO much beautiful lady. You don't even know how happy I am right now. Again I say thank you and you have a new subscriber! Have a blessed day.👋
Imoni Washington Hi Imoni! It fills me with joy to hear how happy you are!! You are so very welcome. I thank YOU for watching the video and leaving me such uplifting words. I wish you all the blessings and love
Ok this convinced my to try it! And I'm definitely subscribing! I'm loving your channel. Thank you for being real and getting uncomfortable for us! :-)
SuperCurlyGurl Aw! =) I'm smiling so hard my face hurts! Thank you so much! I will definitely let you know how it goes! Actually, just to give you an almost immediate experience, I started right away so I've only rinsed with water the last two days. I have had sweat dripping off me while I exercise and in dance class. So far, my skin feels AMAZING!!!! I still use a few drops of jojoba oil afterwards on my elbows, ankles and knees and I use lemon juice as my deodorant. Other than those two things, nothing else is on my body. Incidentally, one of my hobbies is making my own soap so now I have a massive amount and nothing to do with it!!! You've ruined me! ;-) Strangely enough, I had one of those crazy painful pimples on my chin that sit under the skin for a while before showing up. For the first time ever, it never came through. I don't know if that's because of the WOW or just a fluke, but it is awesome either way! AND my hair feels fantastic! It's still really early days since my sebum hasn't come through all the way but it's still so encouraging and wonderful! Whoa, this reply is WAY longer than I meant it to be. I apologize! I'm just excited! Thank you so much for wading through it! =) I can't wait for more videos! You're my RUclips life guru!
LOL...you are so much like me with your replies and I love that!!! You really touch my heart to the core when you say that WOW is working for your skin. I only want to help and to hear that your skin and hair is doing great is more than enough joy for me. I didn't mean to ruin you so I am extremely sorry for that :) Also I believe you should make a video on the soap you make and if you are selling the soap I would love to purchase one? Just something to consider if you haven't already. I am so blessed to have your support and I will do my best to keep videos coming.
You know, my husband keeps telling me I should be making videos, but I have no idea how to even start the process. I don't sell my soaps either, but I would be incredibly happy to just send you some when I make my next batch! Sooo just a quick update, my hair is responding beautifully to the water only method! And I've only used soap once (and sparingly) on my body because I felt so gritty and dirty after a dance class! I truly love this method. I'll be sticking with it for sure! Now I believe it's time for some dancing! Since watching your 30 minutes of dancing videos, I've started pole dancing (no tricks, just flow and floor work) everyday for at least 30 minutes! I'm loving it!
You POLE DANCE?!!! If you only knew how much I want to do that. Girl!!! Your husband is right...you should do RUclips videos because I would definitely support and I am sure many others will too. I love love love that your hair is responding well to this method. I am still doing it and my hair and body are feeling rather nice :) You're the best. I thank you for even considering sending some of your moisturizer. How wonderful you are
Happy I came across your video. My skin use to be so itchy after showering with soap, so I will be starting this interesting journey. Do you use a lotion after you shower?
Awesome. I would love to hear how it goes for you. Yes I moisturize with either a butter or oils. I haven’t used lotion in a while but that’s only because there is none in my household. ♥️♥️
You and your daughter are so Gorgeous! But I wanted to ask do you use perfume or any other scented products? Also, how long did it take for you to notice the change?
I only wash with soap, after going to the beach or if I was working on my lawn. I want to make sure that I remove all of the germs from being in the ocean water and I want to make sure that I remove all of the dirt, after working on my yard. But other than that, all of the other days, I'll only use water, even after perspiring a lot, after exercising, I won't shower with soap, because showering with only water, is enough to remove the perspiration from my body.
Oh crap!!! Am I just now responding to your comment? I am so so so very sorry. Ok, yes I do use lotion and oil on my body after I get out of the shower because my skin needs it
My skin could be very dry and ich after bathing with sponge, ever since i started using soap and my hands and water the itching has gone and the moisture to my skin is incredible

Free To Be Me- this condition is typically caused by vitamin C deficiency (my ex had it). Increase your vitamin C intake through fruits and vegetables and the condition should go away.

After howmany days of stopping soap..v see change in skin..
I absolutely loooooove hearing this! I’m so happy for you and your lovely clear skin ❤️
Very smart comment !
Yeah right nasty
Sounds good I’m just wondering about washing hands
Chemical deodorant a scam. It has chemicals the body rejects causing Oder and darkening of the armpits!!! Shave and use water only or lemon juice or coconut oil.
@@edbl8356 There are studies that washing your hands for 20 seconds with only water is consistently 80% as effective as soap. I’m curious how 30 seconds of water would compare to soap for 20 seconds.
I cleanse my self with only water for the first time today , I just used a cloth warm water and cold water to moisturize my skin and my skin feeling silky and clean , its amazing 😍
KARIE PAGAN YAYAYAYAY!!!! That’s great. I’m so happy to hear that 💕
When you realise that using no detergent for the body or hair is the same after 8-12 hours, you stop worrying and you just shower every day with just water. Works for me.
Your so sincere. staying with "Uncomfortable" energy, rather than just suppressing, ignoring, or avoiding is SO powerful! You are powerful!

I wash myself with water, and instead of using lotion, i use shea butter to moisturize my hair & skin
what about wash hands with soap that remove germ?
@@nieng5376 tea tree oil is one of the many natural products that are anti-bacterial. You can moisturize yourself with it afterwards.

Can I use only water for washing my feet ?

Plain water and a soft rag is fine as long as u do not have skin issues or infection

Hi, Do you use disposable wet wipes after using the toilet and during the monthly bleeding time?
I Just Started My Water Only Body Washing Journey I Must Say I Love How Its Feels When I Get Out The Shower My Body Feels So Fresh & Clean This Is Like Therapy For My Body Ive Have Been Doing Water Only For My Face For A Year Now

Air drying also helps because the cold air that hits you when your all wet helps boost your immune system. I started water only hair washing after watching your vid about that, and not long after switched to water only showers too. You're right! Now I no longer experience that tight, itchy skin after bathing, and my hair feels so soft and strong. Thumbs up!

How to start
@@myrthasmascary4086I use RO water?
I started doing this, but I just bought some Korean Italy cloths to help remove the dirt. It takes me too long to manually rub off dirt and dead skin with my hands. Just a suggestion. There are a lot of different products that remove the dirt from the skin as easily as the Korean Italy cloths like the Turkish glove, and Baiden mitten but the Korean Italy cloths are the cheapest and you can wash them, so you don't have to worry about bacteria.
+Saabria Greene Excellent suggestion Saabria! Thank you
You could try cold water only. It really is worth a try! ;)
Can I use only water for washing my feet ? Should you wash your feet everyday like armpit ?
@@MsBkene i use soap for armpits, but when I use it for my feet everyday my feets becomes dry, can I use for my feet only once a week ?
@@hocineted7594 If I were you I'd try it and see if you're feeling better or not. There is no rule, you can experiment with any length of time you'd like to go without soap and hopefully find the golden spot that works for you ;)
Another amazing remedy for very dry/cracky skin and eczema is drinking the juice of one to two lemon per day (not diluted, pure, as first thing on an empty stomach in the morning, freshly squeezed, not from preserved). If you feel like trying this: Consistency (daily) is key.
Good luck!

After how many days of stopping soap..v can see change in skin
Douching is a crazy American thing, no one else would even think of.

Just found your channel. Interesting enough a Naturopathic doctor told me the same thing last year.

Thank you
You’re most welcome 🙏🏾
Yes it ok if u have skin issues but I like using a microfiber rag or organic cloth for certain areas
That’s a fantastic idea to use those cloths should they work for you 💕💕
You are such a great mother! Thanks for this video.
Bless you in every last single way 😘💕
My doctor advised me years ago that water is all that is needed. I still haven't gotten to the point where I do that but I do create my own products using essential and carrier oils.
Can I use only water for washing my feet ? Should you wash your feet everyday like armpit ?
Ear wax and lady parts are all self cleaning! Thats why they say no to quetips and soap! I only use water down there to and it really does work and feel good! Water is always the best key!!
oh my goodness she has a radio voice it's so smooth and pretty.. like her skin! :)
She is soooo soooo precious, she reminds me of my daughter when she was little OMG so cute! I love your channel!
Oh, my goodness, you are a beautiful lady and have a beautiful family! I’ve just started to wash only with water and have found it remarkable. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you so very much. I appreciate you. I’m happy that you find water only washing just as remarkable as I do 😘💕
@@ReignaCeleste I’m honored you replied, so thank you.
It's crazy but without any actual intention I guess I have been washing with minimal soap esp down there. Excellent video thank you for sharing!
+Jackie Castain Thank you so much for watching. I truly appreciate your response. So unintentionally you have been washing with just water down there? That's cool!
You did great with such an uncomfortable subject: very informative.
Soap is washing off natural germs that help us
Truth🙏🏾
How do you remove your makeup? Or sunscreen on your body? And also how do you shave your legs? Thanks so much!
What a little doll❤
Thank you so much
this makes a lot of sense, specially when one considers how what we place INto our bodies affects its PH levels, same is with the skin, what we put on it. not to mention that we shouldnt put on it what we cant eat,, by the very same logic, since the skin abosrbs everything.
+Karmen J Please keep me posted? I seriously would like to know how it's going
SuperCurlyGurl
lol I will. our water is pretty hard here, so Im not sure, so far its been ok. My legs, under knee, become really dry, dont know whay that happens lol, but otherwise itsk ok! thanx
@@karmen11.12 Look into purchasing a water filter.

Imoni Washington Hi Imoni! It fills me with joy to hear how happy you are!! You are so very welcome. I thank YOU for watching the video and leaving me such uplifting words. I wish you all the blessings and love
Thank you! And I most definitely will.♡
You're very welcome! YAY! I am looking forward to your updates...thank you!
My skin keeps breaking out after showers and Baths I'm going to try this
I would love to hear an update on how your skin is doing 🙏🏾💕
I just bathed with Caress body wash I feel so silly soft and I smell angelic. I luv Caress! ❤
Ok this convinced my to try it! And I'm definitely subscribing! I'm loving your channel. Thank you for being real and getting uncomfortable for us! :-)
Simora Cheeks You totally made my day!
You've ruined me! ;-)
Strangely enough, I had one of those crazy painful pimples on my chin that sit under the skin for a while before showing up.
How wonderful you are
You look gorgeous as usual and that intro with LeighaBaya was an absolute treat!!
This has nothing to do with the topic, but you have the most beautiful teeth I've ever seen!
Honey503 Awe...that is perfectly fine that you want to go off topic and tell me something as wonderful as that. Bless you Honey503
Amen, water is pure and safety first
Thank you. It truly is 🙏🏾
You and your daughter are so Gorgeous! But I wanted to ask do you use perfume or any other scented products? Also, how long did it take for you to notice the change?
I do the same thing as this lady... I see neither positive nor negative changes.
After how many days of stopping soap..v can see change in skin
For me I noticed a change in 3 days 🙏🏾
Aww so cute I cant believe its been that long!! Shes beautiful!! Good to see you again.
Thank you so very much!! Yeah!! its been that long...I can't believe it either SMH
I think I will try this. Do you use any lotions or oils on your body after you get out of the shower?
Oh crap!!! Am I just now responding to your comment? I am so so so very sorry. Ok, yes I do use lotion and oil on my body after I get out of the shower because my skin needs it
So adorable! Love the natural hair as well 😍
You are seriously stunning!! I dry brush & take cold showers.Im easing into only water showers. So far...its nice.🌿🌱👏🏽
I used only water on my face for 20 years. Never had a pimple again.
Please forgive me for responding to your comment so late 🙏🏾 20 years of only water on your face? Amazing!!!!!!!!🎉
