Hi! Its me again. I am really interested in this area because of the water (I am from CA). Thank you for this. However, I would like to know more. I drove through this area a few times last September and found a few things: 1) Different parts/corners around the lake seem to be completely different neighbourhoods - Some with a lot of working trucks, some with better cleaner cars and condition of houses. 2) There is an additional water reclamation bill of $160 in your video. Which area does this apply to? 3) Based on #1, can you drive around and point out good and bad areas (show on the map as well)? I know you cannot comment that if you are RE agent. But that's the information I really want. Because I am new to the area and it may take time to find out. This will help me to identify the exact spots I would like to purchase (I may give you a personal call or DM). 4) Is there any problem with the man made lake? Smell? Issues in winter? Issues in summer? Thank you. B.

Yes if you could DM or email me that would be great to further discuss Desert Shores. As for the man made lakes there are no issues with it during the winter or summer, no smells at all.
