Prison would do good for anything. Its nothing like the outside world .makes you paranoid but in the long run it doesnt change you as a person for sure, i did 10 years for being a dumb kid who decided someone threatening my sister deserved to be shot , never let a 5 minute decision turn into a 25 year regret. Learnt that from a guy serving life without parole his exact words, “your still young and have a life when you get out. Dont make the same mistakes i did because metal bars and twinning green clothes isnt the life to live. So get out and show others and your family that you can and will never come back here. Cos if your my celly again in a few months no more free coffes 😂 nicest guy i ever met. In for murder and wont ever get out but he is the wisest bloke. Those words changed the way i thought and it saved me pre much, got out after ten adjusted for a few months got a job with my uncle been out about 6 months and can guarentee im never seein parklea or silverwater ever again

Obviously, everyone will have a different experience but I think prison changes a lot of people for the worse. Some blokes mighy benefit from aspects of it but I've known a lot of people, myself included, that were damaged by it.
