I love history and especially military history. This is a game I would definitely play, because I want the realism of these types of things when I do play them. Edit" I've sometimes ahd trouble forming nice lines or organized battles like this. BUT this *this game is what'll be great! How you gave orders to your soldiers and communicating is amazing*
@@thevenator3955 ah, thanks! It still seems like it would be worth keeping bayonets on seen as how long it takes to put them on when you're being charged
@@cohenpierce1442 well yeah, usually bayonets are used for offense as opposed to defence, using a big charge to get the enemy out of a position. The stationary defenders would be more focused on getting a volley in on the attackers before they got to them.

@@cohenpierce1442 just so you know, the events that Apollo are in are on the more organized side of things. Public matches are still organized, but usually nowhere near as serious as this. Some people think regiments are the best way to play the game, but i only ever do public matches and i have plenty of fun anyway (i dont like super organized stuff either).
@@PixelatedApollo1 yeah, I thought about playing the game again but it's kinda hard when Texas and the other one is like some of the biggest regiments. So if you piss them off, everyone knows about it.

I'm confused why you wouldn't just always have your bayonet on.
It makes your weapon sway worse when you’re aiming, due to the extra weight
