I used to stay at that hotel whenever I visited home traveling from St. Louis. It started off thriving! Rooms were always booked to capacity. However, there was no maintenance to keep the place running. I recalled my last stay whas when the room smelled old and the ceiling was leaking.
I spoke with a friend in St. Louis about the hotel, I was informed that the Robert's family live in STL and are known to buy hotels and get all the money and leave it when it's no longer sustainable.
