He talked about doing things however he never showed you exactly how to do them.How did he install the silver backing on the top tracks? How did he bolt down the lower tracks/Talking is not doing.

Do you get water in where you drill all the way through? I need it to secure carts I'm making on wheels for festivals to hold yarn so I need water to not get in when the road is wet.
