I turned over my fear and worry of a personal issue I’ve been dealing with for around 8-10 years and I remember just using Buddy’s technique and as soon as I put my hands down and open my eyes there is beautiful sunlight flooding in through my bedroom window and I feel joyful and light in my heart, I think about being in a situation involving my fear I brought to Him and I can see myself trusting Him. My name is Amos from Uganda residing in the UAE and married to my beautiful wife from the Philippines with our 6 months son.
I woke up this morning worried about alot of things specifically how am gonna be able to pay the bills and around me including some debts. Thinking of who I should text to send me some help but God is faithful, I came across this sermon right when I needed to hear these words and Pastor Owen shared his story which truly seemed to be similar to what have been through but I lacked faith in God and always thought of depending on man.
So grateful that through this sermon God has reminded me of who He is and He will keep me in perfect peace if mind focuses on him.
I have been hearing this sermon hundred times because I am under serious "worry" problem. Now I got to know how God is working on our worries and anxieties. I am still and waiting for his faithfulness his works to be done.
I cannot tell you the joy that I got from the story about Nancy and the blue jay it amazes me that our loving father will always tell you what you need to hear when you need to hear it if you will just ask him and listen he loves you so much you just can't fathom.

I have been under financial crisis and depression. This sermon just reminded me to trust God fully. I may be experiencing anxiety and I worry a lot, but I was encouraged upon watching this video.

buddy i have received my bird today. i watched your video around the beginning of the month and was doing fantastic after letting ho of alot but there was still fesr that had a hard hold of my heart and i have been struggling still with worry. today though i received my bird though not as an actual bird haha. but never the less its hard to explain here like you were having trouble explaining to your neighbor. thank you. I have been waiting for a call to have open heart surgery for four months. God has been faithful and given me peace, but wondering if it was going to be painful and thinking or imagining details about the surgery and recover.
I was listening to this message and when you said the definition of trust; “to allow someone to do something without fearing the outcome”. I thought, this is just what I needed to hear. I went to notes and dictated it, before I could go back to listening the message, my phone rang, yes my date for surgery is in six days and I trust in God for all the details.
He is a great God!!!!!!

An amazing story and a profoundly healing prayer. "Nancy" is a diminutive of "Annunciation" -- the moment when God, at Gabriel's announcement, entered human history for the first time (JESUS) through the "Yes" of Mary and the power of the Holy Spirit. The Blue Jay swooped in suddenly and showed a surprising trust and friendliness.

I use to enjoy kneeling and praying. Then my disability got worse and I was no longer able to rise then I was no longer able to walk then I was no longer able to focus on anything but what I lost.
