Strange presentation up to minute 3:53 when finally you can see a - so far mysterious - coelux element not installed. So far it always seemed to hear about unicorns or centaurs. If this is the typical definitive industrialized model, I believe we will never see it installed in normal homes, both for the price and for the space occupied.
For the prices I've seen ($61,000) you might as well by a new house with a south -facing living room... at least you'd get a new kitchen, bathroom and garden included free in the price. iT DOES LOOK LOVELY THOUGH!
If only I could afford one. Live in an end terrace and there are no windows in the hallway. This would be perfect but I’d have to sell the car and house.
I'm getting blue thesedays as the sunset is getting earlier. Nice invention! I love it and I do need it😀 By the way, didn't you considered about adding Infra-red light source? Because as I know, heating in light therapy is an essential part of the treatment of winter blues.
@@user-ts8lh3qu9r Hi, thanks for the comment. Due to the health concerns with UV and it's potential uncontrolled use, manufacturers will purposely not include UV as part of the spectral output in general lights, this is also to comply with regulations. UV lights are produced as specialist lights for this purpose.
Hi Geort45. The product is on the market and has been available from selected distributors around the world for 3 years now. Here is a store locator on actual Coelux website for you find suitable reseller: www.coelux.com/en/store-locator/index
It's cool and I want one but the overlap in the van diagram of people who live in a windowless dwelling and need one of these and those who can actually afford this must be razor thin.
@@AdrenalinnVapor Thanks. I've watched this guys channel for years. He builds really cool stuff :D I was actually working out a similar idea in my head when he released this and proved just how well something like this can work.
Sorry you feel this way, but not sure if you're reffering to another product in the range, this ite is not the cost of a sports car I can assure you. Yes it's still more money than a normal light you buy from a electrical shop, but cutting edge technology does always cost more at the beggining and then comes down as production improves.
@@KazzarTV 3-4 K thats a lot of trips abroad. there will need to be a version for less than £1k or this will never ever be mainstream joe public. only hotels will be target market. i can build a cheap version just as good for less than £500 using a sat dish

Will this product become affordable for the average consumer any time soon? Or if anything anytime at all?
Here's a better DIY version for a small fraction of the price. ruclips.net/video/6bqBsHSwPgw/видео.html

How much is this ?
I'm curious about how these would perform in a film application
Does not list a price on the internet. How much? Also do you think a DIY could rival this?

I get it, its technology, but how selfish of you to give hope to people, while making the product the price of a sports car.

Hello, I have the same effect but only need about $2000 skylight, interested to know?
WOW
Do you need agents in China and Canada?
China’s agents will build it themselves at 1/20th the cost

This is a very cool video, not sure it's easy for most of us to follow but great to see what it takes to mimic sun and sky effect.

$45,000...
Only the very high end version, this is more in the region of 3-4K
