I normally don't comment on RUclips but you did a really excellent job for a video filmed within a Terminal. T1 has some great views of RWY 31L/13R espcially on a sunny afternoon like you had.
Just experience i'm sure after a few years of Vatsim you can tell the difference between aircraft by length, landing gear height, winglets or not, and the amount of wheels.

Sorry this footage was filmed from inside of terminal one. U cant hear any engine or APU sounds from inside the terminal. Very silent ambiance inside this terminal area. :-(

that AA plane must of been a relatively new pilot, you seen the tail dip and then he/she hit the tarmac and bounce back up to come down again.
