- Torque is definitely scaling with size. I can't wait to see Ion Power Group powering this electrostatic motor off their atmospheric ion collectors.

Are you familiar with "Electrostatic Motors by Oleg Jefimenko", if not search that phase. Over 1HP motors.
Thanks brother!
May I build a /=> heavier central cylinder or .. it would be worst than a light one,
Im planning use a metal Box ...
GOD Bless
You could increase torque by slicing the cylinder and build it. like a Tesla turbine where instead of air you use electrostatic discharge to turn it. Because it doesn't scale up with size but with discharge area
That's a really good idea!
Your contribution has always been of the highest caliber and practical use. Thank you.
THIS IS AMAZING! One could make an entire power station somewhere near a mountain! AMAZING STUFF!
Check out the section from "Science & Invention June 1928: www.mareasistemi.com/DIDATTICA%2027/Hermann%20Plauson%20%20Conversion%20of%20Atmospheric%20Electricity%20%28Articles%20&%20patents%29.htm
Hi What watts does it produce?
9.8 jiggawatts!
This is getting seriously impressive. We really need to see that drone test. Would also love to see what the other guys have been up to with their projects. Especially once they have the new motor.
Thats Awesome, the applications are limitless. Nice work👍
Amazing as usual, so glad you are uploading again
Congrats mate, I been a fan of yours for a lot of years now and this is one of the best things I have seen you do..... well done. Now to work out how to power your paramotor with it.
Absolutely brilliant material!
a dose of pure inspiration is just what the doctor ordered.., and you graciously provide sir :D
Lasersaber dude, today I learned. Thanks so much.
wow holy sh1 that's some serious power that even a 12v motor would struggle to replicate.
I missed this video! I was worried about you, I have not seen you post in so long. Thank you for an update!
Very cool use of the dielectric field!
Do you think a smaller motor could provide as much torque as the large one if enough voltage is supplied, and if the same torque could be acquired from a stepped up source of voltage?
@@JenkoRun smaller= less capacity, so indeed you would need more voltage. but that will brings challenges. In theory I feel it could have the same torque as long as the voltage is stepped up. but if practice will prove it?
A smaller motor with transmission can have a higher torque
A nice intricate design and build.
Love your work :)
Great job on this motor, really puts mine to shame!
Maybe you should focus on science instead of popularity and sparks. Open your mind a little.
@@claudeposternak5006 Not sure who that is directed to.
Nice project
Incredible. Curious to see how much energy this big motor can harvest from the atmo.
Damn that is impressive!
Huh, I didn't expect IonPowerGroup to still be around. Any chance we could get an updated tour to see what's changed since last time?
There is something to this, nice job...
Have you considered testing with a weather balloon like those older patents? I got a drone myself but have been looking into the balloon options. Good for long duration testing and height.
That torque really surprised me!
Nice work
Nice connection
Impressive, thanks for sharing and offering the part list for replicas.
I would say that next challange is to design and to build a proper antennas to collect ions from the atmosphere. And may be to use graphene for collector.
Also some kind of fractal branching for the antennae? Idk. Seems like a lot could be done on the collection side to further improve the system.
Now this is a true free energy device.
Years of research is starting to pay off. I've followed your work for years.
Looking forward to future videos on this.
For the price of that motor and a way to power it, you could get a small solar panel and make more power that is actually useful. Collecting static electricity is like scraping the dew off of a leaf when you have a damn river right next to you.
Thank you for the encouragement.
I guess that river stops at night? I'm super sceptical though. Will continue to watch your videos.
@@j.d.5262 hydroelectric is continuous. Solar is also continuous but not for one place. If the whole planet had solar panels covering it, energy could be rerouted to the dark side of the planet, hence, it’s possible to be continuous.
@@jjhack3r but we can’t cover most of the planet. And we can’t transmit power that far very efficiently. This isn’t a replacement for solar. It is a scavenger device. Please don’t dismiss the hard work he has put into these devices. They are pretty amazing just based on craftsmanship. But also on efficiency.
Looks like I've been missing a lot! Wonderful build
Have you determined the torque output of this? How many can you power at the same time? Does the load on your Van De Graaff generator increase as you run the motor? Are there equations that explain electrostatic operations?
Thanks for all your work.
I made one of your crystal batteries 7 years ago and it still runs on its own free power, only 900 mill amps, but its real
That is great to hear!
Can yo charge phones with it?
Nice work. Good to see that scaling it up makes a big difference. No need for a drone test since you have the property to string up that long wire from a bamboo pole. Why didn't you go with a copper wire instead of the high resistance wire?
Yes, I was surprised at how well the larger size worked. I am building a much larger one now. I had planned on testing the V2 with a kite, but I ended up sending it to Ion Power Group right after this video was made. I hear it is working very well for them. I was testing the conductive thread just for fun. I would love to erect a permanent tower up on the hill behind my house for long term testing.
Question, you say torque comes with size. Have you tested more contacts vs less on stator/rotor? I think also size helps but it is also more “poles” that helps to lift the weight of torque or work to be done. What you think? Awesome content 👌🏼
Wow glad your back
Help me understand. This whole system is ionically powered? A long wire is essentially powering the lightbulbs? Where can I get one??
Yep. Unfortunately you'd have to make it, as this is the type of thing energy companies would prefer you not have.
So.. apparently pyramids had a pointy golden cap at the top, being like 100+ meters high. Makes you wonder.
So many questions. Where can I see your generator between the tall pole and the other end of the black thread? Is there a connection to ground? Do the upside-down glass cookware under the engine in the field have any effect?
Imagine the possibilities as you scale up to one as large as a car
Have you seen the new technique used on a atmospheric line they found that pulsing the line into a capacitor through some diodes filled the capacitor at a much faster rate there's a patent on it with diagrams I don't know if this would help but it seems to bleed the atmosphere a lot faster it seems that when the wire is grounded that the voltage goes around The wire like it was a ground on the ground but once disconnected it's engulfed in the high voltage and can be tapped at a higher rate can't wait to see you build a really big one have you put a a pony break on it yet
incredible :D
you should put them up for sale, you would make some money to continue your research
Nice!! So you have one HV power source, and that can power any number of wireless motors you put around it? The wireless motors are like solar panel receivers being effected by the HV source electric field? Does the number of receivers present effect the source? Maybe you can attach magnets of your machines' shafts and have them generate electricity?
Imagine a unit with a 3' drum ! Non stop generator !
Have you tried hooking it up to a dynamo to store the energy
This^
that's crazy
I have question. If thunder got in the ion collector (some sort of wire in large space), so the motor will affect?
How long and high is the thread in the air and would copper coated coil wire work?
I'll watch the full video B4 commenting next time
ok
have you tried putting a pulse dc step up transformer ? it turns the DC into pulsed DC with a transistor , this might allow for you to not have to put the antenna as high as long as pulse DC will still work
Please can you tell me what KV DC was needed to spin your rotor?
Can we have a how to guide step by step on how you put the atmo v2 together and setting up the rest of this build including the HV generator and wiring
Don't know if you wanted any new ideas but I was wondering if that motor you created can power an electrical motor could it also power a static electric motor which will take the The static electricity to run itself I'm sure a small motor would run but probably run slow I've been working on projects that recycle energy
hi could you give a link to the ION groups website?
Супер, теперь можно делать карманный шуруповёрт
Do you intend on making a bigger version V3 ?
youre dream cloud flying plane is looking ever more possible
when are you making a finished version of this? I would love to buy from you
I'm an electrician by trade, trained by the Navy in electric motor design and repair. I’m sure you know this, but for those who don’t, it takes three things to produce electricity: a conductor, a magnetic field, and relative motion between the two. A fluctuating magnetic field can provide the motion and the field at the same time, thus generating an electric current in the conductor. A fluctuating field like that is call an Electromagnetic Field or EMF. I love how you've built an electric motor by collecting the Earth’s EMF. (Also: see NASA’s experiment with this on one of the older shuttle missions. They had problems with the extrusion gear paying the wire out .)
The Earth’s EMF also plays the starring role in how magnetic mines blow up Navy ships. Look up Navy Ship Degaussing if you’re interested.
I have a suggestion: instead of one long collection wire, try configuring a Multi-S with the wire. Don't loop it, just Flake it (lay it out flat in parallel rows). You should be able to reduce the total size of your collector this way. Get your tolerances down, and you might even make an airplane that would fly indefinitely. Looking forward to seeing more.
Explain what you mean by multi-S, parallel flaked wire. Not understanding
@@claudeposternak5006 Something similar to this, but do not let the lines cross and ensure they are all flat.
modelshipworld.com/uploads/monthly_03_2013/post-385-0-24657700-1362734462.png
btw...I got carried away with the word "field." EMF is Electromagnetic Force, not Field. My apologies.
@@thomasbont5071 Ok I see, like a snake back and forth not touching or crossing
Cool👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
That looks great. Loved it. Need to make me one.
My biggest question is if you touch the rotor and stator. Will you get stocked by the high voltage. Or would you have Put a protective case around it
Where did you get the aluminum extrusion used for the stator emittors? (Really the only thing I could think to call them, since they're not contacts or magnets 🤷♂️)
Does the metal patch on the cylinder of a Corona motor exist on the outer surface of the cylinder or on the inner surface of the cylinder?
Can you use the AtmoMotor to run the Van de Graaff generator by extending the axel of the AtmoMotor and use that for the base pully of the Van de Graaff generator where the belt is on. You will have to start it manually until it runs by itself. Then use a 2nd, 3rd, 4th AtmoMotor to generate electricity or use as a work horse like the drill.
Интересная штука ! 🤝
I've tried to follow your Work for as long as you were on you tube. Then, you just up and left. But now, your back. You had answered a comment of mine a while back. I did look up the Work that you had mentioned to me about what your doing right now. I see you've improved. But, have you answered the problem of having the Wire or Antenna way above Ground? This Motor looks impressive. It looks as if it might have enough torque to run a small Generator? Does it? What ever happen to your portable Solar Station? The SOLIN-1 and 2. Do you still sell these Items? Thanks for the up load.
He ran a small generator in this video, powering LED lights!!!
@@Quickened1 Yes, I got that. But It's to large of a Motor and Torque needs to be a lot higher to fun, say a Generator to product the power needed to run a full Home. The Antenna still needs improvements to bring down the proper Energy. Needs to be close to Ground. Thanks for your reply.
So there is a parts list. Where are the plans? Drawings showing dimensions, fasteners, methods, and what goes where?
Hi does the rotor tube have to be clear acrylic or can it be made from a plastic drain pipe?
mine worked just fine with pvc
have you ever though about making one the size of a mini fridge or even bigger.
Can a smaller motor provide as much torque as the large one if enough charge is supplied?
lasersaber you're inspirational. Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom. I have a 100w laser and 3d printer and I am going to try to make one. Is atmosphere energy harvest dangerous? I don't know much about atmosphere energy only that you can create lighting strikes by shooting off a toy rocket on a cloudy day with a coil of wire attached to it. At the moment I am trying to reverse engineer PMMG4HYBRID Silicon Carbide plates " /watch?v=ghQZ1Wtj9hc ". PMMG4HYBRID - Mike passed away last year so there's no more info on it sadly. I'm just a newbie trying to understand how everything works. I miss ya, I'm so happy you're still with us.
I recall you had a video where you were able to power an LED by pressing the wires on the ground(dirt) I’d like to see how that project has progressed.
Hmm, i just had a thought. I am wondering what if you had your pulse motor run and use the back spike through a microwave transformer to power that motor. With that kind of torque you could definitely run a good size generator. If you have enough coils you should be able to create enough to keep batteries charged and use that left over back spike to run this motor. It may have even more torque due to more amperage, maybe. Just a thought i had while i was doing some experiments and i thought about your motor. Love the videos, keep up the great work.
Jason
Just to expand on what i am thinking, my pulse motor will charge one battery while the run battery is running the motor and I am going to a battery switching so that I don't have to keep moving wires but adding a few more coils in my opinion will not change the change the way it charges the batteries and could also run your motor with the other coils and a transformer for the high voltage it needs. Just a thought at the moment.
Does the motor draw more Amperage as the load increases in this electrostatic motor?
Larger Diameter results in greater force on the shaft
What is the power that your 30 kv power supply is drawing? I assume this would not work powered by the Van De Graaff!
When you were in the field with the atmo, you walked around it and said, "let's test it out", and then suddenly, it started rotating. What did you do to initiate it? Did you flip some sort of switch, or remove some sort of braking mechanism? I ask, because it was sitting there not running, then suddenly began to run, but without any obvious conditional change...
Yes, I dropped my arm as a signal to my son at the top of the hill. He started the HVDC generator for me.
I was under the impression that this ran at 400 feet, but I see a generator was used. Have you tried to see if it would run at a specific height without one? If so, what height?@@lasersaber
Are there bearing on the motor?
Probably a silly question but out of curiosity Would adding neodymium magnets to the antenna make any difference?
That is so dumb lol 😂😂😂
Magnets don't attract electric ions from the air
What are you using for a power supply? A van degraff generator....
It would be great if you'll be able to use handmade aerostate instead of dron, I mean to lift anntena.
Allô allô from Alberta Canada
What about running it from a hovering drone, then turn a DC generator from the output shaft of the corona motor, run that DC power back up to the drone to keep the batteries charged, at least 3 wires needed, HV, and DC + and -, you could also have the wire as retractable so you could raise and lower the drone's altitude to suit the conditions.
Just use balloon.
Now you just need a small zeppelin with a conducive skin on a reel for longer duration testing
man theres gotta be a way to combine this with your boost box
Could you run it off a battery?
How is this device turned on
question. would this work in space using the natural ions coming from the sun?
Dunno u need "-" surface, Earth is one of it, spaceship as "-" in other hand doubtfull.
@ 3:15 What was causing the knocking sound ?
I hope you open source this so anyone can build and techno cant be suppressed by mib.
When it comes down from the bamboo pole you say it goes to HV generator. What is this HV generator?
I really intend on building this and I want to make sure I have all the correct parts.
HV Generator as in High Voltage DC generator.
@@Sharpless2 thanks it seemed obvious to me he meant that, but while Laser saber was talking and panning over his conductive thread, he mentioned the HV generator like it was at the top of the hill. That part confused me. I thought it was thread straight to the atmo motor ?
One helium balloon let's go
you should open a shop
what is that green wire going under table its everywhere...
That's very cool. I didn't think this motor can produce practical amount of torque ... This setup kinda reminds me of Kapanadze back in the day. I thought his "free energy" generator/motor was BS, but watching your motor may have validated his claim.
hey try two-dissimilar metals as a charge dome configuration (like van de graaff generator), but then heat the air between, it will zap you, like van de graaf, I suppose its a heat free electron in the dissimilar metals electric field like solar semiconductor voltage junction but macro like vacuum tube, but a hot tube, anything + heat that excites free conductive electrons in the air between will sling the electrons to the higher potential electrote, like aluminium-steel pair, most like thermo-couple/diode metal junction but clearly more like a solar panel junction
the heat source can be a candle or a fire
it can be used as a macro solar cell, where solar photons like in a laser mirror chamber excite electrons in the gas, through photoelectric effect, then the field grabs the electrons like in a semiconductor micro junction
ie the gas space region between the two metals is void off free electrons
the two metals create the electric field between them in macro measurements
voltaic pile without electrolyte, like in a semiconductor junction, kinda, potential difference (electric field) between the two different electrode metals, but no contact or no ion electrolyte
Have you used a large balloon yet try some graphene paint on the line
Só faltou uma bateria de mercúrio vermelho
a machine helping build itself.. ehehehehehehe. guilty pleasure
if we ran a wire from the ocean to the top of mountain we could power quite a bit
Most of the torque isn’t from the motor... it’s from the mass of the rotor. If you drilled several holes in a row, it would stall
I am sure that you are correct to some degree. I will create a short video test drilling multiple holes in the morning.
There really isn't a whole lot of mass to that rotor... will be interesting to see...
I did your test and it did not "stall". Check this out: ruclips.net/video/_Bc12ocFwcM/видео.html
@jjhack3r
You have been unzickered lol
@@lasersaber I don’t give a shit. I’m not watching it. I saw this video, and that was enough to see that it comes down in rpm easily and doesn’t spin back up in a reasonable time. Something running off a AA or 2 would be the same power lol
