Hey I know I'm reallllly late to this, but do you happen to have any material on your conversion of Al-qadim to 5e? I'm planning on doing a campaign in Zakhara and couldn't find anything.
I didnt DM it but from what i remember we did conversions to 5e style monsters equivalents and so on. The DM just winged the rest thats whats so great about older books. take the story and change Homebrew the stats for your monsters but keep em in line with the mob stats from normal 5e stuff.
Oh this is fun. I didn't even know you could do Zakhara in 5e.
