    Schumacher with this Benetton B194 in 1994 still faster than Lotus, Virgin and HRT today!!!
    Unbelivable but true, look at the Laptimes in Monaco from Schumacher 1994 and the new Teams today...

      Schumacher was a great driver regardless of the car and he proved it unlike today’s drivers

    You're not the only one who misses those old times. I want the V8/V10 and V12 back on track!

    Look i have tremendous respect for Michael Schumacher, I think he has been and still is the most talented driver on the grid from 1994 onwards He is my favorite driver which i grew up with, I just happen to think Senna was faster. And what i said about Mansell was the honest truth, I heard him say it himself in an interview.

    The old Imola track is just so great that I wanna cry when I think what they did that after that terrible weekend. They just destroy it.
    What happened in 1994 Imola GP weekend was not on the track fault.

      For a small part it was, more than anything else for the small bumps that were at the tamburello in the so-called "dark areas" but it was not necessary to remove the villeneuve corner and the tamburello corner

      If you're wondering what I'm talking about about bumps If you're wondering what I'm talking about bumps at tamburello watch senna and schumacher onboards when the cross the dark areas of the tamburello

    Er blijven zoveel vragen open van dat weekend waar we helaas nooit een antwoord op zullen krijgen.

    Very smooth on the exit of corners, no rear wheel sliding whatsoever in the traction zones. This car must of had TC

    @kallo182 Well, in qual he was faster in 94 than Chandock 2010. Racetimes cannot be compared, they had other kind of tyres in the race, and also refuelling in 94.
    Anyway, are you surprised? Most of the track records are from 04, the cars are slower today than for 6 years ago. And then think of how far behind the new teams are, how little testing, and how hard there is to be a new team now. And how many regulations they have today, that they didn't have in 94. I'm not surprised.

    Although I agree to a certain poiint, Senna, and his contempories, wanted the Tamburello altered as early as 1987, so the FIA KNEW of the problem, but, chose not to do anything about it......... 1989 would not have happened, and Senna would not have perished. Ratzenberger may have been different though, sadly

    @Michaelingolfhansen Or they simply moved the wall right next to the track, shallow angle = litte damage

  • @Michaelingolfhansen
    @Michaelingolfhansen 15 лет назад

    Agree!...its not the tracks that kills drivers!!!
    Its the surroundings....the walls!!!
    They could have covered that small part of the river, allowing the water to flow under, and moved the wall futher away!
    Instead they paniced, and - as you say - destroyed the track!
    Not a good to honour Senna, which I believe they also though they were doing, by just doing "something"!!!
    Remember Eau Rouge was a Fxxxxxx Chicane that year!!!
    If you want 100% safety then dont race at all!

    @Metallicakicksbutt
    I have no Clue about the ""Racetimes""
    I speak about the Qualli times
    Schumachers Pole Lap from 1994 was faster than Virgin, HRT and Lotus
    Im not interessing about Racetimes, i now about the Fuel.
    Im only about Qualli Tiems.

    At Adelaide Nigel Mansell said that he was told to let the championship rivals go ahead of him at the start and not to interfere with the result. He never said who told him this. Mansell could only of helped Hill win the race therefore It's obvious Bernie did not want Hill to win because it would of totally discredited Formula 1. In his view a driver who wins less races should not win the title.

    There was a looong way to go at this point and anything could have happened, had Senna not crashed here!

    The B194 has been proven to be equipped illegal software. private B194 chassis that run today have the original software onboard which includes TC. The question was if Benneton used the software, In my opinion, they did use it. I've seen other cars scramble and slide out of that Tosa bend, the Benetton is too seemless for me.

  • @Dreadtothink
    @Dreadtothink 12 лет назад

    I would like to believe you but the FIA found want Benetton wanted them to find. They are not going to make it obvious are they? Senna was convinced it was using TC, the team only managed to finish developing TC for race use mid way through 1993, and to have it banned must or been frustrating. Pat symonds loves electronic gizmos and him and Flavio do not have a reputation for respecting the rules im afraid.

    If hill took Schumacher down to the wire that year, what do you think Senna would of done? lol

  • @Dreadtothink
    @Dreadtothink 15 лет назад

    lol your delusion only serves to amuse me. There is no bigger fan of Schumi than I, but think about it rationally without bias, if Senna had lived, he would of won in 1994 (especially with Benetton's misdemeanors), definitely in 1995 and totally in 1996.
