Technically Phantokka is a False Phantom, a Phantom that falsely torments the wrong individual. Aang redirected Phantokka to Zuko who was secondly grieving over Sokka because he wanted to move on faster from his death, by passing the pain. The timeline in this AU is 1-2 months after the attempt to stop Ozai. (Which technically in this AU was a failed attempt) And to get to the point in answering your question, yes, he doesn’t have to torment Zuko since he wasn’t at fault, the fault was framed by someone else. (AKA Aang) But more important, since Phantokka has been tormenting Zuko for months, it’ll be hard to get through him nor even try to get him to listen that it wasn’t his fault. And just a hint to any further episodes, Phantokka will soon start to fade. (If you know, you know.)
