Apartments and attached homes look the same. Generally No two houses (single family homes) will built the same in the USA in the same street because each builder builds atleast six models and around 12 to 15 variants. Next time when you get a chance you spend around 15 minutes and watch 3 or 4 homes. Then you will understand.
Well kept. Cheap compared to MyHome in Hyderabad. If Kitchen put into use, then it would be much beautiful. Looks like it is custom built, if I were your brother, I would rise the foundation by another 3 to 5 feet. Great asset.

Sister.. Bed Rooms baths are small , stoage also not good, out side greenary very nice, for farming vegtables space is not enogh, isolated place? out of city house? Taxes to Houston what is the distence? distence is not matter if all fecilities avalable like hopitals, schools, grocery shops, hotels, ect... If that much heat a/c have a/c s in house? I dont know plot size but house is ok ok, but if more 30% extra plot size then may more good, home treatre place & dimention is wrong , home theare correct dimention is 1:3 like 12×36 or 14×42.. This is my personal view .. Just take it light.. 🙏🙏🙏
