You forgot to mention, different enemy types have different amounts of chain attacks that can be done on them when stunned, I believe regular enemies is just 1, elites 2, bosses 3. I like to end all my chains with my dps, or if i mess up by mashing, ill try to end on support so I can quick assist back into dps

I really felt there was something I was missing that there was more depth. Even with the story being good and the combat being relatively simple and easy. I knew there was something RUclips. Koleda’s jump on her Sequence 3 and 4 makes me want to yeet that orange rat because she somehow gets hit by ground attacks while 3 metres in the air. And I obviously got her to M1, because fuck me and my Ellen pulls. At least she’s good, even if not the most fun to play.
We'll have to see whats possible with defense characters, i have a feeling we can only unlock their potential once we have good disc gear and wengines, and perhaps a non-dps character can become a DPS character by non conventional means. Someone will definitely main DPS a non-DPS character by modifying their gear to have the necessary stats
Ellen has been so satisfying to play just because of how much combos she can pull and how you can adapt them by considering uf you should dodge or parry with her, if you should make the lurk attack or the more powerful one froms assitance, If its better to use the simple EX just for one last third basic instead of waiting to have enough for the second version of the EX. Like when you are able to pull everything so seamesly sometimes by accident sometimes by intuition it feels so freaking good. But she's not the only one. The young girl with the pigs it's so damn complex and fun too or even more straight foward units like anby who also has it's small decisions and depth
As WuWa fan I’m excited to dive deeper into ZZZ’s combat. The game has a nice clip to how it reveals more and more stuff to the player. I’m IL 25 and I still haven’t unlocked Shiyu
i wanted lycaon but got grace. so i rerolled and got her again 💀 decided to keep the first account. looking forward to the anomaly video and a grace guide! she's been pretty fun to play so far
God this is the most fun mobile game I've ever picked up and played. It just feels so good. There's this tightness to the controls that anyone who's played a good spectacle fighter understands. Either it feels better it feels good. And as good as some of the games on mobile have been, none of them have nailed it like zzz does.
Been playing ZZZ for a couple days now and ngl, I thought I wouldn’t vibe with it. I’m quite enjoying it, alongside my main game Genshin, and HSR as my side, ZZZ is fulfilling the more casual game for me.
Thanks for the guide! FYI Anby also has a delayed attack combo, and Nicole can also charge her exSkill, since everyone has them they are better as an example. The red glint means that it cannot be blocked with your existing assists in the team, so you probably need an evasive assist to dodge that, if you have someone on the team who can do that, that character will jump in even if it is out of order.

I personally would like to have a guide on Hollow Zone, tons of cards and locations that im not 100% sure what they do.
Good guide, quick and succinct while helping me understand some of the things I've glossed over in my own gameplay. (They really do throw a ton of words and concepts at you!)
Do note that for defensive parries, the damage they do doesn’t matter that much, but the stun it does is very dramatic. In fire builds like S11 Ben Lucy, it’s pretty much a “we don’t need stun we have stun at home” and just parry everything to fill daze. In contrast, evasive assists are… I would say, a bit weaker. Since the follow up attacks don’t do as much stun, and when bosses do chained golden attacks, it’s much harder to “lock” into the chain and parry them all. However, evasive assists works on any attack, while parry only works on golden melee attacks. So when playing S11 Ben Lucy, you can often get “parry this you filthy casual”-ed by the machine bosses that use a lot of AOE and lingering attacks. Also note that Evasive Assists are significantly better than forcing a parry unit to switch in against an attack that can’t be parried or if you are out of assist points. Switching in do have a few dodge s, so you can switch to a parry unit in a pinch to dodge an attack. However it only counts as a perfect dodge and you still need to run away from the lingering damage, since perfect dodge doesn’t actually give that much invulnerability, compared to actual parrries and evasive assists.

Some things I would add: 02:17 Element, Anomaly, Disorder - Even if the element bar is filled, there's still around ~3 second ICD until you can apply another anomaly. I'm looking forward to that video 03:11 Teambuilding: Additional Ability - (this is official information) Zhu Yuan specifically doesnt resonate with Element, instead she requires Support Class or Faction, you can see this in ch2 interlude quest which includes her trial. 03:53 Swapping, HP, Energy - Energy Cap is 120. really weird number. 04:50 / 09:44 Decibels & Ultimates - Decibels regenerate with combo and stuff. DMC-like combo points im pretty sure - Ultimate recovers 3 Assist Points. Units like Ben have the ability to recover another +3, recovering 6 in total 05:08 Enemy HP, Daze, Stun, Chain Attacks - Chain Attacks recover 1 Assist Point per chain - You CAN have Chain Attacks on solo parties with a Bangboo that are able to do Chain Attacks, this means you can run funny BUT viable Duo/Solo teams that still works - When enemy Stun Bar glows, you can trigger certain attacks to activate Chain. Whether you do or not, the Stun timer will still go down with the same duration. - Certain bosses can glow for a prolonged period, being able to chain at MAX as much Chain as your party count. Last Chain attack will always have Bangboo as an option. - Usually Stun modifier (the number beside the bar) is 150%, some weird reason its 200% in VR (home), and in HZ there can be Resoniums that add to that multiplier - Unique to Freeze im pretty sure, Stun Timer is also frozen 07:16 Dodge, Dash Attack, Dodge Counter - Some units can deflect minigun Attacks during Hold Dash e.g. Ellen, Anby, S11. Some units doesnt have hold dash like Ben :( 08:38 Assists, Defensive & Evasive Assists, Assist Follow Up - Perfect Assists (Yellow Glow) cost 1 Assist Point, you can store at max 6 Points, i think thats important lol - As long as they're in guarded state, they will keep parrying without consuming points, e.g. The Dead Butcher 3-combo can be parried with only 2. - Likewise if succedent attacks does not have Yellow Glow, it cannot be parried. - Red Glow means you do not meet the requirement for a Perfect, so maybe you have no Assist Points, or its Evasive Assists only. This may let your previous character be hit by that attack because it wouldnt give i-frames to that character. - Purple Glow means unparriable by any means, so you will have to Dodge (dash have i-frames) or getting out of the way - Solo parties cannot do parries as of right now, only dash 09:26 Quick Assists - Quick assist is ALWAYS forward based, unlike normal assists. thank you for the guide mr guoba! but id like add information on chain attacks as i didnt hear it being mentioned in the video. whenever a character performs a chain attack it also counts as their ult! so any support w-engines that provide buffs based on characters casting their ultimates or on their kit are activated by chain attack. i noticed this was the case when i realized chain attacks are just the ultimate animation minus the short cutscene that plays before the ultimates goes off. i hope this helps!

I'd like a video on Nekomata. I got her, but I'm thinking maybe I don't have theoretical best team for her yet. I'm hoping to find a way to boost her damage more by picking a better team. I also get the feeling that the order you swap them in matters more than one might think at first.

Like I know Nicole ex special is good to trigger an assist and switch to your dps (like nekomata) but how to juggle doing damage with my dps and filling Nicole's bar?
I know this is combat basics but no one talks about dealing with bosses that attack many times in a row, or parrying multi attacks, when dodging is better vs switching.

Easy guide right her just stack as much anomaly proficiency and press skill once you get 8 stacks of her grenade until you apply shock.

I'd like a video on Nekomata. I got her, but I'm thinking maybe I don't have theoretical best team for her yet. I'm hoping to find a way to boost her damage more by picking a better team. I also get the feeling that the order you swap them in matters more than one might think at first.

Thanks for the video! Great intel! What I'm still unsure of is when to switch between some characters and how to manage their energy bar. Like I know Nicole ex special is good to trigger an assist and switch to your dps (like nekomata) but how to juggle doing damage with my dps and filling Nicole's bar?
My button mashing days are over. It would be cool to have a Nekomata guide cause she's the only S-tier I got
