Just last Saturday we had a discussion in church about the topic of deliverance and my Pastor said we are not to talk or converse just caste it in the name of Jesus And the reason being because that’s how Jesus did it I didn’t agree to it and today this vid drops 🙏🏾

Sounds like some popular "deliver" I know.. not saying demons wont go so easy but to say someone's free without any "check up" etc.. I feel weary
It's possible that it can go the other way as well..Yelling at the person and their demons does not necessarily do anything...

I don’t understand why you feel the need to use the cross in your deliverances when Jesus and the Holy Spirit is enough? I’m genuinely curious thank you.
so I had the same question, and in one of the random videos I was clicking on, he stated that because everything started with the cross he takes it with him to deliverance. He stated that it does not has magical power for it's just material thing but it reminds demons where it all started. Girl I had same question and at least I find out that he doesn't believe that this object delivers people, only Jesus, so he takes it with him as reminders for demons. I'm still a bit suspicious about few things but I just run into his ministry. I've heard of him before but thought he was strange. Then we run into something in our small group and we had to search deeper so I've decided to watch few videos. TBH have not made my mind yet about him.
It torments them, weakens them.
So what about how Jesus taught us? Why do I need to do anything other than what Christ modeled and the disciples? He said go and enter no more and they obeyed. This is how His disciples did it as well. Never were we taught in the Bible we must have a formula that only Bob has for 199.99$

Hey, just in my experience in deliverance, demons don’t always come out like that. Are we raising the dead and healing those with leprosy? If we aren’t doing that, than maybe we need to work more to pry demons out.
I’m not saying it’s not possible, but I’ve never seen anyone given lasting help in deliverance without being taken through repentance of some kind.
