This is my favourite when it comes to bread toast...But I always feel full after having a single slice of toast...And I've to wait 2-3hrs to have another one & by that time everything would have been finished.😀 This is an excellent way to eat left-over bread which has been in the fridge for more than a week. 😎 Thank you Mahima for sharing your version of French toast. 👍👍

Bravo! Though a time worn recipe this immediately made my day and probably the week seems more interesting. I occasionally use a slightly different variation by using slightly thicker slices of brioche loaves (it is rather frightfully expensive)and add a portion of cream to the milk.Soft dark brown sugar adds a nice flavour .Nice going Mahima!
