My brekker this morning,only I'm going to spread it on hot buttered toast. It is nice to note that there no additional chillis an spices to mask the flavour of the eggs. The Parsis make a similar spread but with a few spices-and as you pointed out it is so important not to overcook the eggs and murder the dish.Very nice!

You can add mushroom and reduce tomato.
