Something enticing,at last.I do something very similar but I dont use chilli flakes since I feel it kills the earthy flavour of mushrooms. I also use a small amount of stock cube while sauteing the mushrooms and only use cilantro/cilantro/coriander-I have always felt that parsley is highly overrated as a herb.Instead of butter to satisfy my conscience regarding my heart I use olive oil though I admit butter does wonders to an omelette. Cheers to a hearty recipe and meal.Great day Mahima!
