What I did with my Utep rebuild I started is look for 5 stars with A+ playing time which is normally 1 or 2 and get 65 hrs for that position immediately and do a visit for playing time when available hope this helps some of yall

Take your team from out of their conference and into the P5 independent conference. Use the first 2 weeks as bye weeks.... 3 seems a bit much. Weeks 6, 7, and 8 big game weeks! Get your weight up and then jump back into your conference.
Legend stuff here. I didn’t even attempt a 4 star until year 2 😂. Now my team is so stacked I only take Gem 4 stars.

If you’re having trouble at the end of the season getting recruits go after as many 3 star athletes because they can play multiple positions. Got a Freshman QB that’s second string but starts as a WR
They can change position in off season dynasty?

Stop manipulating, play with hand your dealt. Make it as difficult as possible

Proximity to home is the best dealbreaker to look for at mediocre schools because it doesn't fluctuate like a lot of the other ones. Playing style just needs to be straight up removed or at the very least revamped to react to your scheme rather than what plays you are running or weird simulation quirks.

Soon as I see I got bad grades on a guy I either drop out or max out to get ahead now because that hard sell ain’t doing anything if you got 2 bad grades. My school right now has bad athletic facilities so if I’m not close to home I could get 2 D/Fs. I just got a 5 star like that though with a good visit and hard sell plus the extra 25. Always match your coordinators when possible.
Does it honestly matter how you mix and match the player visits? I usually schedule visits as soon as possible and never really pay attention to position overlaps and conflicts. To me it seems like the consequences for missing out on a visit (or someone beating you to it) are much greater. But, I'd really love to know what the answer to this is.

First and second year of the transfer portal you can just look at the roster outside of dynasty. After that you should have all the recruits you need and the transfer portal becomes unnecessary. Schedule week 1 visits by their dealbreakers, you have the hours to send the house on literally everyone.
You really should use the portal your first year. Maybe the 2nd but they miss a year of development so you might as well sign all the top 3 star athletes
When you get locked out, is that final? Or do you still keep that player on your board for any purposes going forward once you’re locked are you locked out for good?
No its no final you can get in the race again if you can get better grades like championchip contender and so on

No, I’m using a capture card to record it to my PC. Then I’m editing it and uploading to YT. Look up some videos on how to do it

Is there any benefits to schedule during bye weeks or just wait?
I’d recommend waiting until a game bc you can get a game boost plus a blowout 75% boost if you beat them by 15 or more
Very rarely from my experience that a 5 star lasts past week 10
1 or 2 get recruited late because they are busts and most of the top programs pass on them

Especially the play style cause you can get locked out mid season 🙄 had a guy with a sliver left boom hit with the play style

You have to use them to your advantage. Personally I find 5 stars with championship contender deal breaker and max then out
