    Glad to see that there’s a fix for this! I swapped the springs and regretted it right away because of the same issues. I’m a little surprised that you fixed it with just those longer guides. Now I have to figure out how to get some made for myself as I don’t have access to a 3D printer…

      Check with local maker space or even schools. My high school has a few printers

    Greasing the inside of the shock bushings would even make it smoother, greasing the swingarm bushings helps with the feel of the rear suspension.

    You totally should have taken the opportunity to cover the fork assembly in grease/lube.

    So the guides help with the wobble, have you found any fix to keep them from bottoming out and clanking whenever riding over anything bigger then an inch?

      No I haven’t, could probably be solved by adding some rubber grommets/o-rings over the spacers.

    Your awesome when it comes to the modifications on the razor dirt bike I have one I’ve been building and working on and your a great inspiration towards that but I have a question with over heating of the bike how would you deal with that because that’s been my main issue when riding

    • @AllThingsElectric_
      @AllThingsElectric_  Год назад +2

      It does get hot if you rip it for a while. I recently switched back to the stock rear sprocket for more torque and less speed, and this combats the poor heat exchanging pretty well.

      @@AllThingsElectric_ right thanks, I'm not too skilled in mechanical work. I actually just replaced the battery with a lithium one, for the first time.
      Which one is better a remote or manuel air shock?
      Also how did u calibrate it to ur weight?

    What is the difference between the mx650 and the 500

    • @AllThingsElectric_
      @AllThingsElectric_  Год назад

      Nothing structurally. In stock form, it’s just the motor power. 650W vs 500W
