bro your channel is super underrated
Glad to see that there’s a fix for this! I swapped the springs and regretted it right away because of the same issues. I’m a little surprised that you fixed it with just those longer guides. Now I have to figure out how to get some made for myself as I don’t have access to a 3D printer…
Check with local maker space or even schools. My high school has a few printers
Im thinking about making a rear wheel fender too
Greasing the inside of the shock bushings would even make it smoother, greasing the swingarm bushings helps with the feel of the rear suspension.
You totally should have taken the opportunity to cover the fork assembly in grease/lube.
You're right!
Love the bike and what u are doing to it Keep doing all the good upgrades the bike is Looking good my son is into dirt bikes a lot he turned me on to you love the content keep up the great work on the bike
Great build bro!
Your a smart person
Love the content
Subbed
Is there anywhere I can go to get the fork sleeves 3D printed ?
So the guides help with the wobble, have you found any fix to keep them from bottoming out and clanking whenever riding over anything bigger then an inch?
No I haven’t, could probably be solved by adding some rubber grommets/o-rings over the spacers.
No pants and smart… I’m in love
Love your channel! Keep up the Great Work!!! Could you post the link for the volt/ammeter display when you get a chance? Thanks!

I swear this guy is my evil twin I had the exact same S60R and almost the same bike. What are the chances
No way fr? Hit me up on Instagram I want to see your S60R!
Want the ULTIMATE front forks? Comes w the best brakes EVER , bolt-on!
WHAT SIZE DID YOU GET FOR THE SHOCK?!?!
What motor and controler are you running ?
Is that Volvo a sleeper?
Your awesome when it comes to the modifications on the razor dirt bike I have one I’ve been building and working on and your a great inspiration towards that but I have a question with over heating of the bike how would you deal with that because that’s been my main issue when riding
It does get hot if you rip it for a while. I recently switched back to the stock rear sprocket for more torque and less speed, and this combats the poor heat exchanging pretty well.
Get a heat sink
how much lift is that
What material did you use for the fork sleeves. And do you have the file available for people to print and use it
I used regular PLA, PLA+ would be a great option as well. I'll put the file in the description.
@@AllThingsElectric_ great thank you
Just wondering what would the cost be for all upgrades?
We need poor mans guide lol 😂.
Hey i was wondering how many watts is this bike? im getting 48v 2000w.
Motor is rated at 3kW, probably peaks around 4kW
What tool did u use to put air into the air suspension?
Air compressor
@@AllThingsElectric_ right thanks, I'm not too skilled in mechanical work. I actually just replaced the battery with a lithium one, for the first time.
Which one is better a remote or manuel air shock?
Also how did u calibrate it to ur weight?
What is the difference between the mx650 and the 500
Nothing structurally. In stock form, it’s just the motor power. 650W vs 500W
Get urself some hydro brakes and better battery and ur set!!
New battery on the way! Stay tuned!
Not even 72volt 😂
Bruh y didn't you just electric &Co you pit bike
Cuz some people like to save money
