Incredible system for both healing injuries and opening and strengthening the entire body. Create a system for anything and it will be attacked by people that is the nature of things.
Looks are deceiving. The models are probably all ballet dancers (ballet doesn't require any equipment). Don't you learn from the Transformers? There's more than meets the eye.
Don't listen to these negative people that have never tried the system. I myself have been incredibly helped and learned more about my body than I had in 60 years before. just try it and find out for yourself.
Some interesting ideas. But I think all of it is suspect. 1. First thing first. These are pulley machines. That is they work in the OPPOSITE direction of gravity. You are doing pulling motions instead of pushing motions. If you do those exercises with wrist weights and ankle weights, you are moving against gravity (UP) which is the natural motion. The pulley machines moves in a UN-natural motion. The pulley machines would be great if we were monkeys fighting on trees, or a pole dancer (the Eastern Europeans made a real sport of it, they call it Pylon Dancing, great name). Or Monkey Kung Fu. 2. Tools to help you move in a circle is genius. An improvement on "wax on, wax off". We already have the bicycle. In gyms there are hand bicycle, with adjustable lengths! We used to have manual flour mill stones; but I'm sure that is forgotten. You bring something back that is forgotten, that's a plus. 3. Combining motion and resistance training is suspect. Bodybuilding is a fake art, fake in terms of motion. But it is not fake in its name, building the body. In that way, it can separate itself from ALL sports but ALL sports use it, because it doesn't interfere with sports specific motions. 4. You can already move freely pretty much any which way in SWIMMING, with the perfect resistance, water, the same thing your body is made out of. Tennis too. And of course ballet, which requires NO equipment. Headis too, in term of moving head, torso, and spine, also in circular motions as the motions reflect a spherical ball. You have 1 good idea out of 4.
@Per Sci I was Catholic altar boy. I know how cults work. We are the original inventors of cults. I also run a tennis Meetup. I know how to run a cult too. You're in a cult and a pyramid scheme!
@Per Sci There is something to be said about "coming home, a way back to your body, soul and emotional balance. A spiritual journey." I agree 200%. When I wrap my tennis racket handle, I'm wrapping it in the same way as in the movie Conan the Barbarian (1982). ruclips.net/video/81HUn352hZ4/видео.html A tennis racket is a sword and a shield. A tennis ball is a rock from a slingshot, like David and Goliath. Tennis the closest thing to swords, shields, and slingshots in modern times. I'm re-connecting myself to ancient history to our roots, to our body, the first and best tool.
I understand your thoughts. I have tried many many sports. Sport has been my life but Gyrotonic is something that I am so happy that I have discovered it. Give it a try. Start with the chair gyrotonic. Enjoy the feeling. Its beautiful. Good luck.

This looks like it could help those of us who live with intense, chronic pain. It's beautiful and looks like hope itself to me.

2. People are getting wise to circular motions.
