sorry if I sound rude, but actually ibara’s song is not really jazz, it's closer to disco. jazz rhythms sound a bit different, and usually make use of swing feel and triplets when it comes to the drumming. poison strategy doesn't use swing feel, and the drum pattern is more akin to disco. later on you mention that rei has the jazz feel ibara doesn't have. bloody moon vampire actually does use swing feel so it's more jazzy. you are right about it sounding like crazy b though, since crazy b does do disco songs
Edit: I listened to ibaras song again, it has rock elements. You *could* consider it a subgenre of rock, although I'm not sure which one since i don't remember the name :(
Also there are a few hints of big band, which is a subgenre of jazz, but for the most part I think the song is rock/disco
