Jo-Joe looks delicious. You and JP cook up some nice grub and have learned alot from you guys!! Long time watching your vids but first time commenting. Im gonna give this a trial run too and get ready for up upcoming holidays. Keep up the great cooking and vids brotha!!
Hello John! I appreciate you watching for so long and for commenting as well. This injection if definitely something I'm doing to use on our Thanksgiving Turkey. 🤘
Hey Dawgie! I sold these Turkey breast and they flew super quick! I had several customers asking if I had more which leads me to believe it will sell pretty good. Thanks for watching buddy. Hope you're feeling better. 👍🏼
Yes sir Biggs! I actually sold 10 pounds of this which only left us a couple of pounds. We still had some on sandwiches the next day and they were super tasty. It's crazy how food taste better the next day...except for steak, you gotta eat that fresh.👍🏼
Hey Joe , For sure injecting adds moisture and flavor . Me being a cheap SOB I use turkey gravy packet mix , and for chicken i use chicken boullion cube's . As always " Old Son " Another home run video .
If you want to mix easily and get all the little chunks out just get a protein shake cup with a stainless steel ball in it. You can put gravel hard mixes in those and they will separate it in no time. Just FYI.
Thank you Eric! Don't wait for Thanksgiving buddy, go buy some Turkey and throw it in the smoker.😁 Thank you so much for watching, God Bless you as well.👍🏼

Hey Joe very interesting comparison I usually either inject or brine or both with poultry. Do you usually cook your Turkey breast skinless? I know that properly smoked Turkey usually ends up with leather skin. Really fabulous looking Turkey Joe. I really enjoyed watching I always learn something from your videos.
I like the taste of turkey. And the texture in the meat is always good. I think for me it would have been #4..I loved the color after it came off the smoker. Keep cooking, I’ll keep watching!👁👁
Hey Joe ......man those Turkey Breasts look absolutely amazing now I can eat Turkey Club Sandwichs all week long they are one my favorites. I've never found injections here I Trinidad so I've do my research and make up my own injections solutions. Thanks for sharing my brother. Take care and stay safe out there. Cheers!
Wow! That's a lot of turkey! Hope you have a big family and/or a lot of friends. I'll bet each of those rubs were great, but my experience is the same-injecting a turkey breast is not absolutely necessary, but it increases both juiciness and flavor.
Hello Andre, I would start off at a lower temp like 225 or 250 to introduce good smoke to the turkey. Then crank up the temp to 300 to brown the outside once your temperature hits 140. Use a good instant read digital thermometer to monitor the internal temp. Don't go over 165 on the thickest portion.👍
Love your videos. If you don't mind some constructive criticism.. I'd recommend to have a closer up angle of the turkey slices for future vids. The camera is so zoomed back we couldn't see what you saw. Thanks.
Thank you for the constructive criticism. I took your advice and used it on my next video that releases Wednesday. I appreciate you watching and thank you so much for the feedback.👍🏼👍🏼
@@SmokinJoesPitBBQ Bink is actually my dog. Turkey looks great. I have a Rec Tec and I use my homemade SPG and an injection of chicken broth, butter powder, poultry seasoning, onion powder, cayenne, and smoked paprika.

Those turkeys look amazing! I always love a good turkey breast. I'll have to put turkey on the list to cook once I get a smoker (one day).
I tried this on my Louisiana LG900 set at 300 and they over cooked in an hour. My breast were much smaller. Any tips on how I can do it better.
