Plz reply me mam what should I do? And will I be promoted if I have pending court case ? Plz reply mam I m depressed

नमस्कार सर मैं हरियाणा से हूं मेरे ऊपर राजस्थान कोर्ट में सेक्शन 341,323,324,34 के तहत मामला दर्ज था! जिसमें अभी कोर्ट ने मुझे पूर्ण रूप से बरी कर दिया गया है और ना ही मेरे ऊपर कोई Charg लगाया गया है!अब मैं रेलवे ग्रुप डी की तैयारी कर रहा हूं अगर इसमें मेरा सिलेक्शन होता है तो क्या इसके कारण मेरी जॉइनिंग होगी या नहीं होगी और फार्म भरते समय मैंने इसका कोई भी जानकारी फार्म में नहीं दी थी सर इसके लिए किस रेलवे अधिकारी को आरटीआई लिखी जाएगी
I filed a petition in high court. Later on it was transferred to CAT. To my utter surprise the case was dismissed in the CAT. Almost a year has passed now. Can I go against the order of the tribunal in the high court now. Please tell me madam.
