Unboxing and test of AmigaOne X5000 X5040 4GB RAM AFox Radeon RX550 4GB desktop computer. After unboxing, the computer was booted and some software tested.

Cool video. You are lucky to own both the X1000 & X5000 P5040. I bought a 5020 X5000 board when Co-Vid started and its in a Fractal Define R7 case. I was tempted to purchase a P5040 board, but the price I was quoted was significantly higher than the 5020 and I just could not justify it. Its nice having GPU drivers for relatively recent AMD cards w/hardware acceleration. Nice systems.

I have the microA1 as well. Only issue with the X1000, X5000 I have is they don't output sound through HDMI, so I have to use DVI to HDMI and 3.5 mm jack and analog input when recoding their screens. Graphics driver creators said it's trivial to get the sound through HDMI, but it's not done yet. The Vampire Apollo Core V4+ SA has audio embedded through HDMI (16-bit sound).

No. The AmigaOne X1000 has custom fractal case as seen in the video.
