Dev (Prithviraj) is a tough police officer who is appointed to catch Veeraiah (Vikram). During the marriage of Veeraiah"s sister (Priyamani), Dev him and injures him. Meanwhile, Veeraiah"s sister gets detained by the police for interrogation, but gets gang raped by the police men. This irks Veeraiah who wreaks a vengeance against the police. As Dev was responsible for everything, Veeraiah kidnaps Ragini (Aishwarya), wife of Dev, to teach him a lesson. Dev sets off to the forest in search of Ragini and Veeraiah. A forest guard (Karthik) comes forward to assist Dev to capture Veeraiah. With the help of the forest guard, Dev was able to trace Ragini. Ragini, who makes several vain attempts to escape from the clutches of Veeraiah. The latter don't harm to Ragini. She realises that Veeraiah"s act is justified. What happens next should be seen on screen.

Superb bg by rehaman goose bumps best add up for the emotions are backside locations.. We can't express the climax scene jst we have to feel that's it..

Now I realize why miss world title is given to Aishwarya Rai. What a beauty? Now that's what beauty. It's higher than the doubt of the police man. It feels like I'm the Vikram here and falling in love with I don't remember what her name in this movie. But so realistic, I watched a lot of movies of Aishwarya Rai even where she kissed other actors or exposed, but this movie brings her beauty into light. Love the movie. Understood but not understood. Ravana didn't touch seetha because of the curse he had by vedavathi. Rama and lakshmana didn't wantedly cut the nose of surpanaka. When she was about to attack seetha, they have cut it.
