@@lawrence4301 haven’t fought pros but I still like FightTIPS because they still give legit training advice esp to avoid gassing out and what to do with irl situations such as street fights. Shane also talks about his own flaws as a fighter and how he improved. What I like about FightTIPS is how other fighters that have expertise in specific areas like wrestling are included which shows that he’s willing to be aware that people know more about some stuff than he does. Shane even made this effective self defense weapon but chose not to sell it for good reasons so I still think he has some integrity and has some legit advice.

Didn't Jeff only start training JKD recently when he joined the JKD academy? I wouldn't say he's a JKD fighter, rather, he's an MMA/muay thai/BJJ fighter.
I got to spar with Jeff in the past. Even though it was light, it was easy to conclude that Jeff is very good. As well to give him the credit he deserves, ive never seen slicker head movement in mma than seeing him spar with another person. To me, his head movement and ability to move his head in exchanges is the hallmark of what I saw.

Jeff is amazing but I’ve never met him personally only friends of mine. That being said though his videos have changed how I fight over the years and I thank him for it. Also dude never be ashamed (not saying you are) of being awkward in sparring if you haven’t done it much, love your content you’re a monster on the mats🙏
It's also definitely the jkd club you'd end up at cos most famously don't spar, our style is too dangerous/ not a sport it's real life kinda deals whereas the one Jeff found spars regularly. Any style that involves real sparring is immediately gonna make you a better fighter than one that doesn't.
I am no Jeet Kune Do, but you have to give it to Bruce Lee he was great fighter and is definitely vouched for. - He based this Martial Art( which is technically not) on what he had learned on basics (and it wasn't just wtf bullshido Wing Chun but also boxing, kickboxing and that quirky word for grappling in Chinese I could never pronounce and/or remember - he mixed his skills but used the tried and true basics that worked for him in his fights).
He youtubes his training he is not a “youtube fighter” he’s a pro fighter for years & has a solid recorded with a good amount of fights.. why does a jujitsu practitioner determine if he can fight? if you watch his RUclips videos pretty sure the answer is obvious 😂

Yo your head is doing some weird stuff when you spar. Imagine you are a bull and you want to keep your horns pointed at your opponent so if they charge in they run into the horns. Should help you out a little. Also focus more on your boxing while you get use to throwing kicks
