The first jacket reminds me of the 80's goth scene. Really took me back. All your jackets are rad. Kudos for hand painting everything. Outstanding work!
Love the jackets!! You are an incredibly gifted artist when it comes to detail. The Judas Priest logo and artwork are insane! It looks professionaly done! We would love a jacket DIY video, especially for the band logos. The last one with all the fringes looks really fun =P
I’m not at all a punk, but I adore customizing jackets and I gotta say, not only did this video serve as great inspiration for some ideas but it also introduced me to a ton of fantastic songs! Namely: for a long time, I’ve really struggled to find a goth group or sound that fully caught me, but your video has introduced me to Horror Vacui and I‘ve been listening to a lot of their work in the weeks since! Spotify is also now giving me a lot more goth and rock songs where I’m like, “Oooh, wait, that’s nice,” and so I very much think that I owe you thanks for that! 🖤✨
I have been a metalhead since 1986. And I love punk and goth. I've made metal and punk vests. I'm working on a new thrash metal jacket. I have three goth vests. I'm working on a new goth vest with a killing joke back patch as a tribute to the late geordie walker. I'm 50 and love metal and punk and goth. I'll never change thank you for this video.
Im on my third "all around" battlevest, with every metalband I like. And I want so hard to build a ultra spiked leatherjacket, but this is so expensive where I life😂
Wowww dude!!! My jaw is dropped! It is crazy to me how TALENTED you are. And creative. Those paintings on the jackets tho sheeeesh😍 I can’t even draw stick figures!!
Think I like the design of the full studded sleeves with the painted lapels best, but they’re all rad. The gradients on the Priest back piece though are astounding. Great video and great resource as I plot to, hopefully, not destroy my own jacket.
I love the personality coming through with those jackets. I just got my first patch and i really wanna start a jacket but idk where to start, so i at least got a back patch of Dio because that's my favorite band 🤘🏻
At first I thought the chain on your belt/skirt was added directly to the first jacket and now I'm lowkey tempted to do exactly that to one of my jackets :D
This is so inspirational! I’ve been working on my first battle vest and got into cross-stitch so I’ve been making my own patches! Personally, I wanna blend cute and metal. So have a hella cute cross stitch of a frog or kirby next to a beheading. Plus it’s super fun to make it all your own, it feels like a cool form of self expression :)
Higher quality that even the stuff bands wore back in the day. They either had homemade, rough stuff in the underground bands. Or no logos and more stylish stuff. You've mixed both very well. You certainly could sell this stuff or do designs for bands. Great work. - Saw you on 'incel or metal lyrics' and thought....looks like a prettier Banshee mixed with Elvira and Blackie Lawless. Great stuff. Enjoyed it! If you ever move to custom work for others, etc. Start off selling for high dollar and don't undercut yourself. You have a great talent for this.
Just a tip, when complimenting someone - don't insult or devalue someone else to get there. I know that women don't appreciate being "elevated" by putting another woman down. For example, "you're not like other girls" is not a compliment. No hate, but "Like a prettier banshee" could've been phrased a bit better.
that paintjob with that judas priest jacket looks pretty kickass, holy shit. as someone who likes to make modifications onto my clothing at times as another fellow goth, makes me jealous. i'd probably never do nearly as good as that with my clothing. fangtastic work as always. 🖤

@@MadiDanger my paints are really old and dried out and I can't afford any right now. But I've been making a lot of crochet cardigans. Harder to paint but definitely easy to sew patches on 🤣
Awesome. What an effort (s). How many hours do you estimate for each piece? I can't pick a favorite as each is unique and well thought out. Reminds me of my battle vest from high school, 1985, yep I am old. I actually gave it to my daughter so the vest lives on almost 40 years from its inception. The vest was a fairly simple construct, mostly spikes and squared bangles that created simple line work, some crosses and a large pentagram on the back. Its origin was a LEVI jacket with the sleeves surgical removed. I made a second LEVI jacket later in the 80's that I drew the Lizzy Borden logo on the back from their Give 'Em The Ax" EP. Looked really cool and probably a logo befitting of your talents.
Some of them just took a a few days of sewing so not too bad, the painted and studded ones took anywhere from weeks school to over a month of straight work. Hell yeah that’s awesome and Lizzy Borden is fantastic! 🤘🏻

Very cool jackets. You're really inspiring me. One question tho. What do you do if a mistake happens while painting on your jacket. Is there a way to remove it?
@@MadiDanger thanks! i recently thrifted a noce leather h&m jacket similar to one of yours. 22 bucks too and basically brand new! I'm excited to paint it and add spikes and tiny swords/daggers to hange from the zippers. It's been a passion project on my to do list for a while now haha
If you are in a bind....regular acrylic paint works fine so long as you prime the leather where you are going to paint with a light rub of Isopropyl alchohol.
@@mozzarellasticks9756 I have used it on denim since I tend to only sew patches on denim and paint on leather. I don’t think it would work quite the same on denim tho. You can get disappearing ink pens for fabric but are only meant to show up for a fairly short period of time and would only work on lighter colored fabrics.
how do you get your vests to fit like how they do? i see you and a lot of other creators' vests look form fitting, while all the vests ive bought are always baggy unless i button them up (and i really dont like buttoning them up). i always chose what size to buy based on if i can button it in the front, and im starting to think that to get what you have achieved to not think about that when i buy, unless thats not the case. do you get your vests with the intention to close them in the front? sorry if this is worded poorly, im not fully sure how to express what i mean, i just want my vests to be more form fitting when i have them like how i prefer them, which is open.
So inspiring! I have 1 goth jacket that I love to death but I'm not the best at sewing and the edges of most patches are sadly fraying. Idk if that's normal or if there are ways to avoid it? Anyways great video as usual!
It can help to fold over the edges before sewing those kinds of patches on or sometimes taking a lighter to the edges can help a bit too. It’s pretty normal and usually just up to personal preference tho!
Adding pins, studs, and/or spikes is super easy and makes a huge difference! If you feel confident about painting or stencils then you could also try painting on your jacket, I recommend Angelus Leather paint 🤘🏻
@MadiDanger awesome! Thanks for replying. Angelus leather paint first time I hear of it. I'm thinking about buying some new leather jackets since the ones I have are in Texas. So I'm trying to find a good leather jacket shop. So far all I've found was straight to hell.
Damn, your jackets and vests are amazing! Love all the horror stuff, the Dio stuff and the Grim Reaper patch. My favorite Grim Reaper song is "I'll See You In Hell." Stay Creepy.
Can you do a video of where to get good patches please? So many places out there and you never know til you get em. I do love all your work. And the fact you knew to call him Gillman made me smile. I made a whole vest dedicated to him. Love The Cramps stuff too.
I can see about trying to do that at some point! If possible I try to usually get them from the band whether that be at concerts or from their site/bandcamp.

what paint is good for leather?
@@alejskates2287 I use Angelus leather paint
@@MadiDanger thanks! i recently thrifted a noce leather h&m jacket similar to one of yours. 22 bucks too and basically brand new!
I'm excited to paint it and add spikes and tiny swords/daggers to hange from the zippers. It's been a passion project on my to do list for a while now haha
@@alejskates2287 hell yeah that’s awesome!
If you are in a bind....regular acrylic paint works fine so long as you prime the leather where you are going to paint with a light rub of Isopropyl alchohol.
Do you usually sketch before you paint on your jacket? If so, what do you use?
Sometimes I just go at it, other times I draw out what I want to do ahead of time in white eyeliner on the jacket that I can remove if I need to
@@MadiDanger oh wow, I never thought of using white eyeliner! Does it work on both denim and leather?
@@mozzarellasticks9756 I have used it on denim since I tend to only sew patches on denim and paint on leather. I don’t think it would work quite the same on denim tho. You can get disappearing ink pens for fabric but are only meant to show up for a fairly short period of time and would only work on lighter colored fabrics.
@@MadiDanger that makes sense. I’ll have to try both techniques out. Thank you for the tips! Your work is amazing! ♥️
@@mozzarellasticks9756 Thank you!
These. Are. Amazing. 🖤
very good work!!!❤❤❤❤ I like the screw back studs but that means throught the liner and it gives me OCD.
Wow! The arts are incredible! Especially the Judas Priest one, it’s super stunning! May I know what kind of paint did you use on these jackets?
I use Angelus leather paint! 😁
@@MadiDanger Thank you😁
So you create stencils of band logos and paint them on? 🤔
No I freehand it, but it is common for others to use stencils especially when making patches
@@MadiDanger DAAAAAAMN!!!! For REAL???!!!! 😱
@@BlackLordByron Yep! I’ll actually be posting a video of an entire jacket process hopefully soon!
I'M working on three battle vests now, but I've never done such before. I need a little guidance. 😏
@@BlackLordByron depends on if they are denim or leather for my tips. I tend to only paint on leather and sew patches onto denim.
Gorgeous!! I love u!!
🖤🖤🖤
I literally didn't know u had a channel I'm here from the incel deathcore vid LMFAO. Cool insta too
Beautiful my dark leather queen 👑🖤🖤🖤
how do you get your vests to fit like how they do? i see you and a lot of other creators' vests look form fitting, while all the vests ive bought are always baggy unless i button them up (and i really dont like buttoning them up). i always chose what size to buy based on if i can button it in the front, and im starting to think that to get what you have achieved to not think about that when i buy, unless thats not the case. do you get your vests with the intention to close them in the front? sorry if this is worded poorly, im not fully sure how to express what i mean, i just want my vests to be more form fitting when i have them like how i prefer them, which is open.
From where do you buy all of those spikes ?
studsandspikes.com
Dude You inspired me to work my leather jackets mine are just basic lol. Any tips? I love your channel btw youre awesome! 🖤
@@gustavoalonsolopezwolf9098 straight to hell as some great stuff!
@MadiDanger I know they have a large variety of really nice jackets. It's hard to choose lol. Thank you Madi! 🤘🤘
look nice in that jacket 🤘🖤
I love your punk jacket! All of these look amazing. :-)
Thank you!
