Ben, for me it’s one of my fav Gravy moments. It’s so true. One day my brother and I surfed a couple seshs on a freak huge south. After 10 hours we were absolutely toast, beyond that even cause we pulled up to a spot that never, ever, ever, ever breaks - and it was PERFECTION. Overhead spitting lefts perfectly hitting this boulder sand combo just right. It’s literally impossible for waves to break there. Didn’t paddle out, couldn’t move.
That outside spot all to yourselves anytime it has waves.

Go Jordan. You're ready to start cross stepping to the nose. Just run up to the nose near the end of your ride. Worst thing is you fall off, but the wave is almost over anyway.
