    Dear Guruji, excellent session. I bow at your lotus feet. Things I learnt - Bramari is pranayama for many psychological diseases. To remove all these disease we have to reach 35 seconds bramari. Right nostril breathing is pranayama for the obesity. Repetion 4 times a day is very important in achieving results. Jai Gurudev.🎉🎉🎉

    Dr. H. R. Nagendra, Chancellor of S-Vyasa University is a great soul. I stayed there for 15 days to attand International Yoga convention. This is a gre at place for yoga aspirations. I pay my obeisances to Dr. Nagendra.

    Dear Guruji, as I hear again and again i am learning new things. Asana can be used for both physical benefit and also it can be used to get mastery over the mind. Mind mastery can be done by tuning in asana to infinite objects. When we stay in assana automatically the breath slow down and it will result in mind slow down. Anither method to get mastery over mind is pranayama, slow breathing parctice and then bramari practice.jai Guruji.
