Hi, not financial advice of course but if you haven't opened a stocks and shares ISA this tax year then I would open that one. Invest account you pay tax on any gains and interest from cash. CFD is very dangerous for beginners (and even those with experience) so I'd stay away from it. Finally cash isa will earn interest tax free but not give you the option to be able to buy ETF's like the stocks isa will. If you do decide to start buying stocks in the account you'll beat 90% of other investors by just buying the VUSA S&P500 etf with the same amount of money each month regardless of what the market is doing. It only lets you login on one device at a time, although in theory you could purchase a second subscription just using another email address if you had enough accounts to make it worthwhile.

Good question really wanting to know about all the tax implications of all these diifferent methods I mean if you do this then regular job are you suddenly going to find yourselve in a 40% tax bracket rather than 20% then owe a heap of money in tax
Hey Hammer, if you set your hard stop level at 100% then no you cannot lose more than your initial deposit. It is taxable income but I am working on a video to show how to copy trade and it be tax free. Thanks
Hey Tim, of course as your earnings go up then your tax will go up but there are things you can do in order to claim tax back and reduce it massively which is what the wealthy do. Thanks
@@timporter4008 It doesn't work in the way that if you just creep into 40% bracket you suddenly have to pay double tax, it is only the fraction of your money that is in the 40% range that is taxed 40%. For example, if you earn 60K then the first 12k is 0% tax. 38K is 20% tax and only 10K is 40%. So all in all you will be paying around 20%. So I wouldn't worry about investing doing anything crazy to your taxes mate.👍

You need atleast £500 to start otherwise it’s pointless
