Ed Sorenson, Woody, Gus and Medi just did this underwater at cave adventures. Ed stated the loop volume would be so low you couldn't reach a hypoxic level. You would know because shallow breathing would make it hard to take a full breath. Seems like you got similar results. .16 is the level they say you will start having problems, which is also the level of exhaled gas from normal breathing. Cool and not cool that these debates and experiments are still being debated.
