Isn´t that one of the things rollback netcode can not do ? As far as I understood that goes with the last input it gets the input that was actually put in and if the initial one was incorrect it rolls it back and then gives the one it actually got. So the only way for it to not do what DSP wants is if what his input is wrong It might work differently tho

The game will basically prepare all possible avenues that may occur and portray the most likely outcome. If things go differently when the actual inputs arrive, it will adjust on the fly and ‘roll back’ to the correct state in a split second. It predicts the inputs and the result but corrects if it doesn't match I had to google it So no dropped inputs No favouring patterns

As far as I understood that goes with the last input it gets the input that was actually put in and if the initial one was incorrect it rolls it back and then gives the one it actually got.
So the only way for it to not do what DSP wants is if what his input is wrong

@@decaffisbat9086 rollback netcode takes both play inputs and 'predicts' the outcome as dsp says. it fucks dsp but dsp is not ready to not have a move be chosen and when it happens he just tumbles because he just mashes. netcode interrupts his mashing.
@@Alxmir23 Rollback works by essentially predicting what each player is going do next - which direction they’re going to input, or which buttons they’re going to press.
The game will basically prepare all possible avenues that may occur and portray the most likely outcome. If things go differently when the actual inputs arrive, it will adjust on the fly and ‘roll back’ to the correct state in a split second.
It predicts the inputs and the result but corrects if it doesn't match

Too constantly blame netcode, while not fully understanding what/how its truly implemented makes pros as well as fans hate him more. @@bizzybee3021what’s funny is there is a youtube channel dedicated to showing DSP’s actual controller inputs. In most games, you can see it in the replay so someone overlayed the inputs over the match. He is terrible at fighting games.

His training mode demonstration doesn't prove his point. His inputs are very sloppy to begin with and they fall apart completely with the added pressure during a match. His directional inputs especially are horrendous and his biggest problem besides his gin addled brain.
