This employee training tape, as expected, was found in the staff room during the second locations closure, and was later sold at auction. I need to understand why and how these spirits are possessing these tapes.

The videos in this series feel like a synthesis of all of the best parts of FNAF VHS. The skillful stylizing that lets my brain shortcut any environmental uncanniness without taking away from the creep factor of the animatronics just fuckin slaps.
I would have simply said that Fredbear and Springbonnie retired, and the other animatronics got "plastic" surgery. Pun entirely intended.

This feels like Fazbear actually trying to wipe their name clean with Junior. If they made this tape they are completely aware of the weird parts, they want their’s employees to know they are starting anew and that there will be no William Afton rebirth.
