So based on reading the comments I could only come to two answers: this guy is stupidly smart and managed to create a ai by complete accident or… He accidentally uploaded different already existing code to the animatronic that’s for a different project.
To be honest, I didn’t think about such big subtleties, but rather I’m counting more on the fact that there’s supposedly a mega big bug in the code that’s why this happened

I recommend using walking animations like those in GTA V, not for the gameplay, but to have a faithful level of detail when recording. I use L4D animations and modify them little by little to make them more natural. I hope I have given a useful tip.

Wow this is a great animation and the thumbnail was a really good choice. The only problem with it is that the table edges are too sharp and some of the items look kind of blocky so you can tell its blender. But if you just add a bevel it should look fine. Anyways good job, I subscribed too.
the only criticism i have is how unrealistic the hand movement looks, one way to try and improve it would be to record some reference videos of the actions the character you're trying to animate is supposed to be doing, then trying to mimic those videos when animating, but other than that it's one of the better fnaf related animations I've seen recently, and I'm certain the quality of your videos will improve with later projects
