All of us who love to breathe new life into old things know that these items have a soul - and I can hear them cheering and looking forward to that first steak. Great restoration
Very nice, man! I like the jumbo handle you made. I (100% seriously) once dismantled an entire shed/greenhouse with nothing other than a rusty cast iron pan that I found partially buried next to it hahaha. Very surprisingly, the pan held up quite nicely. Keep up the good work!
Great restoration bro. I think the hard work was worth it. Yep no matter what you do you can make everyone happy. Everyone has an opinion. I just enjoyed seeing you working on it!! 😁🤟👍
That is a hot-plate/griddle with fat gully = when frying meat on it, the juices/fat runoff into the gully and after cooking is poured into an absorbent tray, allowed to cool and solidify and binned
2:45 - that electrolysis had no effect - the end of the handle was fizzing in the brine water and there wasn’t any bubbling from the main part of the griddle = there was a poor electrical connection in that seized joint that you tried to unscrew 🤭 - that is why the main part still had stuff on it and the part of the handle that fizzed was clean/been plated

не нужно никакой электрики и химии. отжиг на открытом огне, металлическая щётка. покрытие делается на основе льняного масла, оливковое не полимеризуется.

Everytime I see a comment from you, I start laughing before reading it 😄😄
This is the biggest wood handle that i made on lathe, and fits very well with the Pan. 😂😂😂😂 even a Pan can turn out a tool (hammer).
Thanks! 💗
@@WorkshopDC Oh trust me, that pan worked more like a sledgehammer than a standard hammer 😆

Такое чувство, что сковорода изначально использовалась для выпечки блинов.
Да или приготовить мясо. ❤️
Two eggy breads to go please.🍺
Right! 🍞🍳🍳☕❤️
Странная сковорода... Похоже для блинов
