R B I must say that in no way could I possibly put Meyer & Altman in same sentence unless they opened a department store! I hear so much respect and wisdom from Father Meyer. He has never bullied or called us horrible names from the pulpit. Never did he try to take my Baptismal child of God status away because God leads me to be a champion of immigrant or person on death row or in hospice where some decisions may be made by administration because of insurance companies. Putting soap box away but one that you mentioned had me hysterical over summer as he preached covid was a hoax as we said goodbye over FaceTime and relatives and friends were in hospitals around the clock caring for the patients. People in NYC Overlooked refrigeration trucks with dead bodies piked up because of not able to safely get to funeral homes and no room. 🙏🏼 to regain my Peace....I do agree that hearing Fr Meyer is a positive.......
V Stu I really his bold style, like Fr Meyer but I guess the approach may be a little different. Have you ever heard his interviews? If not check them out. Fr Altman is pretty awesome, like Fr Meyer.
V Stu what was Jesus’ tone and manner with the Pharisees and money changers in the temple?? Both of these priests are excellent!

I live this homily. This is the 4th time listening to it. I even watched it when you were inside the church. I’ve shared it with our son and his family. I asked my 5 year old granddaughter who her “hero” was and she said her mom! 😉. Thank you so much

Really Really good Homily! It made me think about my future vocation of parenthood, make me have determination to raise them in a Catholic Home, we will only listen to music (only LoFi Music, Classical music and music that have no lyrics whatsoever!) on Sundays as a family!

That WAP song is disgusting and so degrading. I have read the lyrics. Father I just want to ask you, how about typical pop romance songs? Are they sinful even if they don't have swear words or are talking about explicit things? How can I know what type of music to stay away from? God bless!
