good review, thanks. It is 2x cheaper than Mi 4k stick and it seems to have better remote. Is the using interface quick, at least as mi box S? Im asking because mi stick (not 4k) is a bit slow here. Also, question about Dolbyß which is missing, if it would have Dolby support (for example Xiaomi stick has it), would it work on my Samsung tv which doesn't have Dolby support ?
Yeah, it feels much snappier than the original Mi TV Stick.
And sure - sound will work on the tv.

You can use chromecast for that purpose. And yeah - you can cast from Google Chrome to it.
I'm aiming to plug this directly into my AVR (Yamaha HTR 2067 with 4k Ultra HD Pass through)- it doesn't support HDCP 2.2; My TV supports 4k HDR10. Will I get a hdcp compliance issue? Kindly reply.

Yes, it supports chromecast, so casting the screen works fine.

Can I plug portable HDD by this OTG ? On realme stick works?
It will work. Just don't forget that Android Tv usually requires the drive to be initially formatted by the OS itself.

There should be - but I haven't tried myself.
As for mouse and keyboard - you have to either buy OTG cable, or try with bluetooth.
@@TechMishka i installed Mouse Toggle App and by mistake i pressed on SELECT button as Boss Key! After that my Remote's SELECT button is not working! When i press on select button it's showing Mouse Mode! Now i can't open any app or go to the settings. I did use Google Home App Remote Control still same problem can't select! I can't even uninstall that app😑 i need to Hard reset it! I went to the local customer service center and they said there is no way to Hard reset! They return! No warranty because I installed third party app! I bought it on 8th Jan this month! 😢 Please can you try doing Hard reset or connect mouse using that your MicroUsb OTG cable or any other way to uninstall that app? Please help.
Hi !.Maybe i´m a little stupid here,but i gotta ask you something. One guy in the column here asked if he could add a hdd (= "hard drive",right ?) to it,and you said yes.I installed a "Realme RMV2105" for my brother very recently,and i noticed: There is no input choices with it at all ! (except for the USB-based power adapter).Not even for a SDHC card,which makes the internal 8 GB,THE TOTAL STORAGE FOR EVERYTHING !.The only way i can imaging a connection of a hard drive,world be a USB-splitter cable,and to put in in the stick´s power inlet.But that doesn´t feel like a good idea at all,if you ask me...
The splitter cable is your only option to have a directly connected HDD;
Alternatively - you may buy some of the network-enabled external HDDs by Seagate or Western Digital and connect to them via network. I rarely attach devices to my TV boxes because use a NAS solution.

You need OTG cable, then connect a flash drive. Note that Android TV limits the use of flash drives.

They are both good. I prefer the Realme stick because of the Google Play Store access.
these sticks are cool and cheap but lack performance yes they can play 4k but for how long before start overheat plus the lack of Dolby
Xiaomi's TV stick actually supports Dolby.
Attention. There is a problem with the Viaplay app recently. In live broadcasts ... there is no image, only sound !!! After contacting Realme and Viaplay ... no help !!!

@@TechMishka HOW is this possible ??!.Except for the USB power input,it hasn´t any connection choices at all..It´s gonna be a very dark christmas if you go for the "Realme" option,at least in terms of season trees..
