It had been several years since a murder in that city, not state. The dna didn't match his father, & it was planted anyway. He wasn't necessarily separating trash & it's a requirement to separate trash in Pennsylvania. He wasn't as socially awkward as the media portrays; that's just the narrative they want to push. He definitively was not stalking them. The car wasn't covered in bleach. The students were unalived bc 1 of their mom & another's stepmom turned states evidence (or were presumed to have) on a drug distributor. I know it's difficult to distinguish true news from fake, but you didn't even get the fake news quite right. If you really have devoted abundant time discussing it, you should explore more source material before continuing.
Okay mate not true but whatever you wanna believe. I guess his cell phone pinging and him driving around at 4am for a drive wasn’t him and the real killer framed that 😂
The only thing that would convince me that he is guilty would be if there were cameras in the house and BK shows up on it while the murders were going on. We have not been told any of that, so at this point, he is "Presumed Innocent UNTIL Proven Guilty". This is America people this is how things should work, it's a shame that there are people out there that automatically think he is guilty with the information that we have been given so far.
Yes, it's terrifying to be honest. Especially when he very well could be innocent! If he did this to those poor kids.... Then I absolutely want him convicted. But there's too much that doesn't make sense when you look deeper into it as I have, and it's just not passing the smell test. Even demolishing the house is very strange to do before the trial. Too many things have been overlooked in my humble opinion and we're possibly looking at a scapegoat who is currently the prime, and only suspect which is also weird considering 4 were brutally murdered! By one man??
Something about the roomate hearing her roomates cry for help, then seeing a killer who would be soaked in blood and carrying a big knife - and she goes BACK TO BED... Then the surviving roomates wait to call 911. Something is off here. Doesn't mean Brian didn't do it, it just means, more than most murder cases, there are weird circumstances.
Agreed that is the most suspicious circumstance in this case. But you gotta remember Xana was on TikTok and Kaylee just got DoorDash 2 mins before BK arrived. DM would have been hearing all kinds of noises from the front door, upstairs etc. Also they didn't get home till 4am so presumably she was pretty drunk/on drugs. DM said there were no lights on so she just saw bushy eyebrows and a mask and black clothes. The blood wouldn't stand out on black, and she said he couldn't see a knife in his hand as he was leaving.
What you've stated about the police and invesigators gathering evidence from the crime scene, which would have been an enormous amount to collect with this being 4 murders, would be totally correct, but unfortunately the crime scene was contaminated obviously, because of that little thing called EIGHT HOURS before the police were called, and the many students who have walked into the house before police arrived!
The only person or persons that know for absolute sure that BK is guilty or not are the people who were also envolved in the murders. Not you or anyone else knows for a fact that BK did this crime, and for those of you who are so sure that he is guilty? Based on what? I have not heard 1 concrete fact yet that this guy had anything to do with these murders. I am hoping they have the right guy, but no one has convinced me yet. There are more people that have a much bigger motive in my mind, and I feel like they let them off the hook way to soon. What I do know for a fact is I definately would not want any of you who believe that this guy is guilty to sit on a jury if I were on trial.

Even the DNA proves nothing other than a knife sheath found at the scene had his dna on it. It really doesn't and cannot prove he killed anyone, because there are many ways that dna could have been on it before someone else took it into the house.
